The cookies are delicious, but the staff needs a bit of help. I know this is a new store, but with proper training and about a month after opening, they should be at the top of their game.
I went in on a Friday, around 2pm. 7 employees, but only 2 filling orders. 1 employee was just walking around. In the 15ish minutes I was inside the store, she never touched one cookie, one box, or spoke with one customer.
They were requiring all customers to place their orders on the tablets located around the store, but didn’t communicate this to any customer. I only realized it after waiting a few minutes to be helped and another customer and I decided to use the tablets. It would have been great had their been any communication about this (or even a greeting) by any of the employees. While I was waiting for my order, 2 other customers walked in, stood in what they thought was a line, and ended up leaving.
I’ll be back for sure, but this won’t be a definite stop every time I’m in the area like it used to be when I frequented the Mt...
Read moreToday I stopped by to grab half a dozen cookies, and ended up leaving empty handed. When I arrived there was 1 customer waiting and no others in the store. 4 different employees walked passed me with no acknowledgement of any kind. This is not my first time here, but I wanted to ask a question before I ordered. I stood there for a few minutes with no one even saying hi. The only other customer in the building looked at me and made a comment about their lack of acknowledgment, and how it was not okay. All for one of the employees to look at her and roll her eyes. Something we both saw and commented on. After a few more minutes with no one even saying hi, I just left. You have great cookies, but I fear with that kind of customer service you won’t stay in business long. I’m not 100% sure but I believe the front counter girl who rolled her eyes and failed to acknowledge us was names Olivia. I believe that is what her name tag was on her hat said.
I hope for your business sake you get control of your staffs customer...
Read moreI won’t be back, when a company cannot pay employees enough, that just to pay for your order you have to tip is ridiculous! Even in the Salon business where the service is 100% hands on I did not expect a tip! I did not frown upon those that didn’t tip as many homemakers were there after saving to even have the luxury of getting a professional color or cut. Now the world is changing, no service at any retail store as many are on their yachts, may not be the case at this business but I’m not going to tip because the company expects me to. I’m already there to support their business but the greed to help pay their employers is just too much. While some don’t mind that’s fine but any business that asks for a tip I will not support. Also the cookies I purchased were not fresh as I’ve had their cookies many times. They tasted several days old. Not sure but just were not fresh as I spent 20.00 on 6 cookies that no one liked and all were different flavors. They were ok or average. If freshly baked it may have changed...
