I placed a mobile order for two subs, and despite there being only one person behind the counter and multiple customers ahead of me, my order came out incredibly fast. While sitting outside enjoying my lunch, I couldnāt help but watch the gentleman behind the counter, who was working tirelessly at peak performance, assisting customers and completing orders. Between customers, he quickly sprinted to take out the trash, resanitized his hands, and even checked in on the other employee who was cleaning to offer assistance. His work ethic was truly remarkable and the store was spotless.
Not only was his dedication impressive, but the food was spot on. Both subs were made perfectly and far exceeded expectations. After finishing my meal, I went to thank the employee, only to realize he was the manager ā Kane. Kane is an outstanding example of a great leader with excellent time management and leadership skills. He handled everything with such precision and care, and it was clear that he truly cares about both his customers and his team. Me and my friend went to order a sub while on break at school and there was a red hair girl working her name is makayla and another young girl. i ordered a italian sandwich with modifications and we were the only people there. The girls were laughing behind the counter like something was going on, and it took a while just for one sandwich since we were the only customers (btw i only got a sandwich my friend did not.) I got back to school to get only lettuce and onions on my sub. no meat.no cheese. And i donāt think it was an accident because itās very hard to forget to put meat on a sandwich at a sandwich shop. Especially while the workers are laughing behind the counter. So i called back and she acted very surprised that this has happened and i was able to get a free replacement sandwich. The moment we walked in the man with curly hair made it apparent he didnāt want any more customers. As I started to order he rushed me to the point it was uncomfortable and replying āwhat elseā like a bolt of lightning as soon as I finished every order. It was just rude to the point I asked him ādo you not want us to be hereā. He laughed/smiled and said āi just have a lot more to doā, implying closing the store. I get it.
