Formal Complaint Regarding Serving Minor

I believe it is imperative to emphasize the gravity of this situation, as it not only violates legal regulations but also poses significant risks to the well-being of the minor involved. This incident raises concerns about the establishment's adherence to responsible alcohol service practices.
I trust that human resources takes such matters seriously and conducts a thorough investigation to identify the individuals responsible for this lapse in protocol. It is crucial that immediate disciplinary action be taken to address the breach and prevent any recurrence.

Read moreWhat a neat place to visit! It was my second time in the Nashville area, and I had to come back to Sam's. YES, I am a returning out of state customer. As a southern Californian, I knew I'd have great food, but when I tell you I cried when I first tasted Sam's chicken tenders, I wish I was lying.
As a 30+ year old, it shames me to say that I cried actual tears of happiness when I first tried these tenders. This was 3 years ago, when my husband and I came out to visit my brother in law since they recently moved out here. They raged about this chicken and this restaurant so much I swore they were full of themselves. So that goes to say that I came in with the intention of tasting these tenders and shrugging them off as another typical dry, crunchy tender. NOPE! Juicy, meaty, tender, soft, melt-in-your-mouth perfectly battered and seasoned. CUE THE TEARS. my body didn't let me lie. They were, in fact, the best chicken tenders I've ever had. Which is why on this trip, it was the first place we went to get dinner at. And I ordered the entire platter entre for myself. And they were just as amazing as I remember. No tears this time, but my heart still smiled silently with...
Read morePlace was backed from time we got there till we left. Had a party of 12 but they didn't take reservations so we just waited. MGMT was very helpful except while we were waiting would have been nice to have someone take our drink orders. Got sat 1/2 hr later and asked for happy hour, but missed it by 1 minute. Asked manager and he said sorry, it's a system thing so no go. Again, would have been nice of them to give us a discount in another format if he couldn't override the system, especially since we stood waiting for 1/2hr without offers to get us drinks.
Food was iffy. My chicken nachos was eh, my wife's burger tasted great, veggie pizza was ok, fried pickles ok, chicken wings were good and the chicken tenders were mostly all breading with small amounts of chicken. So nothing special or exciting.
Order taken quickly, food came out in 1/2 hr or so, had to ask manager for second round of drinks and waitress had to be waived down twice for drinks and checks.
Left full, experience was less than desirable, need more hired hands to cover this busy of a place. Would also freshen up menu and change some current recipes for more mouth...
