It’s unfortunate that I have to post a bad review. I also noticed that the other bad reviews don’t have any comments from this business owner, so I’m not sure if they are taking notes or even care because I also see that three weeks ago somebody else was served cold eggs.
This is such a great business model, and the place is put together and done really well which is what is so disappointing when the subpar food arrives. If you guys actually had somebody bring the food a couple notches up you would see your revenue probably double by quarter three and you’d have a line out the door.
My wife and I ordered two large mochas and two breakfast burritos. The mochas weren’t half bad they were fairly decent, but the breakfast burritos were horrible. Almost like they have a cold bucket of eggs so they take a tortilla and they put the cold eggs in it. They put sour cream inside and then some little gray microwavable sausage balls and they sprinkle the cheese in it and put pace picante sauce inside, and then roll it up and put it in a waffle iron. They didn’t put more cheese, which is not melted. So when it arrives, it is not hot and has liquid sour cream inside with unmelted cheese and the taste of pace picante sauce, 35 bucks. It felt like our young kids had made us food and brought it to our bedroom. Ownership needs to redo the food menu here and they will have an amazing business. The menu items are great choices. It is just the quality of those choices when it is brought out is disappointing.
You guys should definitely make a very simple house salsa takes five minutes easy to do during prep in the morning.
Breakfast burritos should have warm eggs, potatoes, cheese, and then your choice of ham, bacon or sausage. The sour cream and fresh house salsa should be served...
Read moreReally bummed after spending over $30 on two lattes and two entrées to come home to see that I have 2 half full cups of vanilla latte and my wife’s burrito had maybe one egg in it and was so flat and empty it took her under a minute to eat it. Mostly tortilla… said it was barely edible. If someone doesn’t want meat on the burrito, just put some more eggs in it or something. Don’t just give her a lackluster burrito with one egg in it.
Just so incredibly disappointing … I will definitely not be back. I shouldn’t walk out of the place holding Togo boxes and coffees feeling like I’m carrying empty containers.
Also..If your lattes don’t fill the cup, maybe you should consider getting smaller cups because it just feels like I’m being jipped when half of the cup is the latte and the entire other half is foam… I even stuck my entire index finger into the cup, only to barely feel liquid at the tip of my finger. Couple sips.. gone.
Luckily, the only redeeming thing you have ….is a really nice staff.
But I couldn’t even call to rectify the situation because I was placed on hold for a few minutes and wasn’t willing to wait …so here we are with...
Read moreMy wife and I arrived at this restaurant 20 min before closing. We greeted the counter attendant and started to order our food and drinks. My wife tried to order Avocado toast and was promptly told that the ovens had been turned off since they were closing soon. I did not realize it required an oven to make toast. Usually a toaster is the device of choice. Either way there is absolutely no reason to keep the doors open to a restaurant if the items on the menu are not available. This makes no sense to me. We were planning on ordering a couple of coffee’s, avocado toast, some other kitchen prepared items and pastries. It probably would have been a $40+ order and tip but instead they received nothing for them providing nothing. My wife had been there once before and was excited to dine there again. Now based on this experience not only did the establishment miss out on the revenue from today but we will not be patron’s of their’s any longer. If you are not going to offer your full menu until your posted closing time, change the menu or...
