Do not go to this Moe's!! Rude kids, don't know the actual prices, sloppy build of a burrito. EXTREME OVERCHARGE!! I ask how much burrito was and the employee says $9.49. I say cool, he starts making it. I got Birria for the meat. Dude literally put on a teaspoon full. I'm like, dude, that's it for meat? He says that a lot, I said that's less that a teaspoon of meat! How much for extra meat? He says $2. So I order it.i get to the register and he charged me $1.50 for the 1st teaspoon of meat (didn't tell me birria was more) then $4.49 for the extra!! I was like umm, why is that tiny burrito $16.57? Then I looked at the register and saw the inflated price and say; you told.me extra meat was $2. He says "I thought it was.". I grabbed my money out of his hands and told him he was out of his damn mind. Another kid comes over and goes, what's the problem? And he says, I told her it was two dollars for meat, because I thought that's how much it was. I'm like, yeah, you also didn't tell me.It was a $1.50 to get birria either. Ordered on DoorDash and the stack was so wrong we couldn’t even eat it. Did not have a lot of add ons so it should have been simple enough to make but was missing the few things we had added and the queso that is supposed to come with it. It had maybe two pieces of chicken in it, rice, and beans. It should have had queso, shredded cheese, and grilled onions and peppers. My husband took one bite and it was all beans and rice basically. When he opened it up to feed it to the dogs so it wouldn’t be a total waste, he saw maybe two sprinkles of cheese and like two onions in one corner of the stack. Every other time he has ordered this item, it is completely evident without disassembling it that it has those ingredients. Ridiculous and unacceptable! Thank you to the door dash support that got us our money back as well as our dasher who did wonderfully with the delivery! Wow. Just nasty. I walked in here today, on a Sunday, which should easily be a much slower day for them and numerous tables needed to be wiped, the floor needed a sweeping and more like a mopping. The straws were completely out, and the drink / condiment station was a hot mess too. There should be one person who is assigned to keeping the dining room clean at all times, wiping down tables when people leave and checking the floor around them. Give them other light duties to do in the kitchen so they are always being utilized and earning that pay rate, but a guest should never walk in, take one look around, and decide not to eat at an establishment purely based on first impressions. A dirty dining room always makes one wonder what the kitchen looks like too. I ended up buying a drink to hold me over until I could get somewhere else. Probably won’t ever be back.
