I couldn't tell you when they do got good food but I can definitely tell you when they don't. :( My premium chicken tater melt I was all excited to get that they brought back and got the T-Pain box with it and decided I'd try the soda swirl shake that they had on the menu and that turned out to be watered down like some cheap Italian soda barely tastes like watermelon definitely not sour and my chicken tater melt I'd absolutely no ranch on it The cheese looks like it was melted on hours ago it looks like it may have had a little bit of ranch before it said under heat lamp for hours not sure and it had one strip of premium bacon and then four little pathetic half pieces of cheap bacon from their cheap breakfast items.. One of the most disappointing meals I've had from there in a long time. Read moreIn the last month, including right now, there has been a car blocking off the drive-thru when it’s supposed to be opened for 24 straight hours a day, multiple times. Do I understand that we are still in a pandemic and people are short staffed? Yes, I do understand that. However, if they are planning on being close they should at least give people a heads up that they will not be open for X amount of time. Instead everywhere it says that they are open, and yet, there’s that dang car blocking off the drive-thru. Again, I do understand the whole pandemic situation but this is highly unprofessional and should definitely be something to be investigated before you lose thousands of dollars. That being said, once in a while it would be nice to go somewhere and grab something to eat right quick after an 18 hour shift in a very physical job instead of having to do all that and then go home and cook at 3am. Do better, hold people accountable instead of giving lip service to people, that’s how you lose credibility as well...
Read moreOrder through doordash. I ordered to build your own Munchie meal. The spicy chicken Jack with extra mayo and extra tomatoes. I'm at work currently doing a graveyard shift so I cannot leave. I received my order and there is no tomatoes and no mayo. I'm trying to call the store to get an answer to see if I can get a refund or something. But they are not answering the phone. As of right now I have called 12 times back to back. Is currently 11:30 p.m. I used to be a crew trainer at a fast food restaurant for 6 and 1/2 years and we were always taught to answer the phone. It seems to be a reoccurring problem I have with Jack in the box. They mess up the order and I can never get a hold of anybody. And when I finally do what do I get? A refund that I have to wait 2 weeks to arrive on my card, or a pity $3 inconvenience credit. Wichita honestly doesn't do anything because if I reorder again it's going to cost me more.
