Five Below — Local services in Victorville

If I could rate it zero stars I would. The workers there suck and are not friendly at all I was there 06-21-25 I was shopping with my sister we were sharing a basket so at checkout I went together with her and just separated my things from hers, the cashier saw I had my own stuff and she questioned us if that was all for the first transaction we both said yes then she went on to say they had no bags and stuff and when my sister was finished the cashier just walked off she didn’t ring me up or nothing. She didn’t say I’ll be back or nothing she went on about her day and left me there with all my stuff in my hand. I waited for a few minutes and she was no where to be seen cashier was super super rude. I ended up leaving my stuff there and walking out because no one was helping me at all also as we were driving off we saw a guy and his kid take the little cart outside I assume because he bought a lot of stuff and they don’t provide bags and one of the workers she ran after him even tho he was brining it back already and started going off on him and yelling in his face in front of his little boy that was also very...

Check your receipts as some items are coming up different than price marked. I recommend getting there early and bringing your own bags due to them not having any as of 5-18-25 not sure how long they haven't been providing bags for. I'm happy that they have a store located in Victorville now but then again the area doesn't help much. It definitely is much better than driving down the hill. There was quite a few homeless hanging out in the parking lot & in front of the store. It seems to be understaffed employees aren't the friendliest or welcoming. Are they allowed to close 15 minutes early prior to closing? Kimberly Foster was holding the door at 8:45 when I got to the parking lot. When I got to the door at 8:47, I asked to come in, she said they were closed but the time online, and the posted hours outside, both say that they close at 9pm. I told her, that it's not true that it was closed by explaining that that's not what it clearly states online and outside their store. She asked another employee, Gisille/ Michelle Rodriguez, and she said no bc their line was too long and there was still too many people shopping.
