McDonald's — Restaurant in Hialeah

Update: 12/13/23 please make sure you look at your receipt they like to round it up to give for donation of the ronald mcdonald foundation, if you are cou ting on every penny on your acct. Make sure you check your receipts, if you dont notice they ate steeling, if they dont ask you then they are stewling from you. They are alright. They need to get staff that speak english clearly and know how to explain the salads you have. Not just say "ranch" ranch what? Ranch dressing? What does that contain. They can't say south west clearly, they can't be understood, so sw what what does it have? Really im saying it's not on the menu so tell me what they have and speak clearly and correct english, you are in the USA no matter what city you are in, if i go to your country you will expect for me to speak your language no matter what city i am in. Just because you are in Hialeah doesn't mean everyone speaks spanish, fortunately i do but i also speak 5 other languages, hialeah is not cuba my friends, Hialeah is in the USA. Speak the language. I went through the drive thru no salad on the menu.... 1/15/2025 went through drive through, please get nicer people, the black girl at the window gave me the food and slammed the window shut when I was asking for ketchup,when she reopened she almost gave me a happy meal thunking i.was yhe next customer, I should have taken it too.and asked her for ketchup but im.not like that, I asked her for the ket huo.at that point. I understand you can have a bad day but do not take it out on your customers, also yhe homeless guy in the wheelchair has been. Collect $ in that same spot for 30+ years, ive been coming here for this long since I was in highschools and now I'm 47 about to be 48 and that same man is still there, either give him a job or make him leave because at this point it's too long for him to be out of a jobs 30 years!!and the people of hialeah are paying for this nonsense. Give him a job,clean him up and make him work where he can earn like everyone else or make him pay mcdonalds a finders daily fee for being out there collecting on mcdonalds property. Mcdonalds is getting him the people to pay for his worklessness and laziness, for 30+years then mcdonalds should collect a finders...

I just ordered earlier today via Uber Eats at this location a cheeseburger ketchup, only no mustard, no diced onions, and no pickles, a small fry, and a small caramel Frappuccino. The Uber driver delivered my order and my fries are missing so I called this location to let them know that they didn’t put my fries in the bag. I checked both the big bag and the small bag so when I called this location I was telling them my issue and, I was telling them the number that was on the bag. They were telling me there was no order and I had told them that I had ordered it through their location and the location on the app is this location. So basically, the manager hung up on me and is not now answering my call. I am calling corporate once it opens up tomorrow. These employees are so rude. Hanging up on me when I am trying to figure out how to get my food...

Worst McDonald’s ever. I normally never write reviews but at this point it’s just ridiculous. They’re slow both in drive thru and inside the restaurant, they almost always get your order wrong after making you wait for so long, they are incredibly lazy after 9 pm (food is stale meaning they dont freshly cook food after that time and still slow even if you’re there for a single item), they can barely understand you when you speak, the tables are never clean, and it’s always a mess. I normally go there because it’s close to my house but I guess I’m going to start driving farther because this McDonald’s consistently fails in having any qualities of a good fast food restaurant and I’m done with giving them my money in return for meals that seem to be served by...
