I get it—good help is hard to find these days. But hiring workers who can’t speak a word of English, then canceling my order an hour and a half later because the driver “couldn’t find the address” (probably because his GPS was set to English), is a whole new level of chaos.

And then to top it off, I call back to speak with someone claiming to be the manager—who honestly sounded like a teenager trying to cosplay as a grown-up—canceling my order because I asked how they could hire people who can’t speak the language of the country? That’s not customer service. That’s just petty retaliation.

Stuff like this doesn’t just make the store look bad—it unfairly gives immigrants a bad name, and that's not okay. The real problem here is poor management, more then a...

I order a 1 big box of pizza for me and my familia plus 1 box of the bread stick and a big pepsi, when the uber arrived he only gave me a small box with 6 slices of pizza and a soda I don't even know what it was. Driver passed my house at 11:25 pm Dod not stop I'm calling store , no one answerers Driver just called me at 11:46 telling me he get had another order to handle .
