placed my order as i usually do, get a text order is out for delivery 55 minutes later nothing, i contact the store and the manager advises me that my order had been canceled because i was to far out for delivery that the driver advised them that my address was on the East side yet my address clearly states West, not only that but i have ordered from here a million times. manager advised he canceled my order and returned my money yet not even a phone call. manager says he is sending me my order for free another hour passes and i call and again they tell me i don't have a valid address that it is incorrect, if i want i can pick it up. needless to say there are many pizza places in Hialeah, they are...

Horrible service I've been on hold for literally 1hour i called at 11:00 pm I've made my order at 10:30 pm It's 12am and when they pick up they hang up I've called back Waited another 20min they answered and told me I will be transferred to the store manager which i was never transferred to the manager they left me on hold and a few minutes later picked up and hang up again i called back from a different number i explained to the lady that I've been on hold at that time for 45min n i want to know where is my pizza I've made $35 pizza order she then hang up Very upsetting i tried to speak to someone and none of the team members where of any help to...

Worst place ever. i have a 14 year old who stays home alone until like 6 because thats the time i get off of work, and sometimes there is nothing to eat at home so i order him a pizza and they never ask me for a card and this time which had to be the time he had not even drank water in school they decided to change their policy and that you need the card to receive the pizza so my son had to wait until 6 that i got home to eat something. you know what it is to not have eaten anything since 7 in the morning. i am ashamed of what pizza hut has come to be it used to be such a friendly place and now...
