I purchased a "brand new Red iPhone 7 Plus" back on 2019 and a few month later it started having problems. At that time I did not know Apple phones, but they told me that the phone was new from the factory, 100% original. I take it to a repair store, they opened it in front of my eyes and showed me all the chinese cheep parts and that acording to the motherboard ID it supposed to be PINK, not red.

EDIT: iPhone 7 Plus was two and a half years old at that moment, not four as the store says at the comment. iPhone XR/XS just came up. Swear I looked in to gMaps trying to find your store to put my comment. A few days ago, cleaning my apartment I found your invoice with the store name and address. To be honest, you answering to me is something it never came over my mind. This ain’t you? or should I keep doing this papper puzzle?

Should I give you the MB serial number too? That way you can see by yourself it supposed to be a pink phone, not a red one.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY BUYING HERE.. Seller is completely unprofessional. When I tried to claim that the phone shows "Verizon" logo when it was described as "Factory Unlocked", he said "it is clear you don't know anything about phones" like braging that he is the Wow! So I told him that my sim card from T-Mobile is not getting recognized and it is giving an error. He answered that I have to call my company customer service "611" to fix that. I told him to help me, and he said that he doesn't do setup or configuration. I told him that he was not clear to me, and that the description was not accurate, so asked for a reimbursement to get my money back. So he said that there ir no reimbursement. So literally, I lost my money. DON'T BUY HERE! Bad products and inaccurate...
