I’m a mom of 3 young kids not in school yet. I had the very rare morning where I just had my baby with me so had looked forward to getting my fav breakfast inside for once. I waited a while for my food and was trying to be patient since they were so busy. When I went to check on it, I was told that someone had walked around calling my name and no one responded so they put it back (I didn’t see anyone walk by me and it was a zoo in there - there’s not a chance I would have heard my name from a distance. Plus I had one of those table numbers up they gave me. Isn’t that the point of those?). By then breakfast was over and they were out of breakfast items. I asked for a refund and the manager gave it to me. The man I ordered from was very kind and apologetic and frustrated on my behalf. However I was surprised and disappointed by the manager’s lack of action to try to make this right. I don’t think he even apologized. I know it’s busy but I expect more from CFA. I feel frustrated I wasted a rare morning “off” here with nothing to show for it (I was still bent on getting breakfast somewhere lol). I wish the best for them though and hope they can work these...
Read moreI’m really disappointed to say that my experience at this Chick-fil-A was nothing like what I’ve come to expect from the brand. The service through the drive-thru was great—the employees were friendly and took my order quickly, but the wait was surprisingly long. And when I finally got my food, the chicken nuggets were burned. I’ve never had such poor quality from Chick-fil-A, and it honestly felt like a waste of money.
I even tried to call the store to let the manager know what happened, but no one answered. I wanted to let them know that someone in the back was clearly burning orders, but it felt like my time didn’t matter. I really didn’t want to waste any more time on this, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to waste their time or money either.
If staffing is the issue, I’d suggest offering bonuses to employees to help handle the demand, or maybe even consider closing for a holiday if it’s too much to handle. I hate to say it, but if you’re thinking about going to this location, I’d recommend choosing another one. It’s not the quality you expect from Chick-fil-A, and it just wasn’t worth...
Read moreI had such an amazing experience at Chick-fil-A today, and it was all thanks to Elizabeth! From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell she really cares about the guests and takes pride in her work.
One thing that really stood out was how attentive she was. I had ordered some ice cream cones, and in no time at all, Elizabeth came out with two cones. Not even a minute later, another team member walked up with two more cones, but Elizabeth had already beaten him to the chase! That kind of quick and proactive service really impressed me.
What also caught my attention was how sweet Elizabeth was to the kids in front of me. They were excited and wanted ice cream, and she handled it with such kindness and patience. She made sure they got their ice cream with big smiles on their faces, and you could tell it made their day. That’s the kind of energy that makes Chick-fil-A special.
