McDonald's — Restaurant in Hickory

I normally don’t do these because I never have an issue with McDonald’s. The lady that took my order kept talking to her coworkers other than taking my order I had to repeat my Order 3 different times. All in the process of her cutting me off to speak with a coworker only to get back on the speaker and laugh. I ordered a double cheeseburger with Extra pickles and Onions which the burger did not have what I asked for. Plus the burger had a little surprise on it Lettuce. Lettuce does not go on a double cheeseburger. I should know I order them all the time. Then I specifically asked for an extra side of pickles MADE IT CLEAR that I wanted more than just the little cup they give you. I even called before hand to make sure they could give me more than just that and they said they could. I specifically asked 3 separate times for more pickles. Once at the order station one at the 1st window and another time at the 3rd window. Once I got up to the 3rd window. They forgot my pickles so I asked for some pickles once again and specifically asked for them not to be in a little bitty sauce container they put them in. I asked if they could put it in one of the 4pc nugget container and they said they could. The lady at the window said they was getting my pickles for me. Well low and behold when I got my pickles they put them in a bag with ONE LITTLE TINY CONTAINER. It had maybe 4 extra pickles in it. I am so so heated. I had to repeat my self MULTIPLE TIMES and they still couldn’t get my damn order right. What am I gonna have to do to get the right amount of pickles that I ask for??? Ask for 5-10 little cups....

OKAY I'm done ! I've been going to this McDonalds for 30 years. It used to be one of the cleanest andbest managed McDonalds anywhere. I don't know what has happened, new manager, or new owner, but for the past 6 months something has changed for the worse. Every time I go, I regret it but then I forget and go again. They make me drive up to a parking spot every single time, even when nobody is behind me. Hey I go to McDs because I need to hurry and get lunch and get back to work. Well, today it was 1:30 and I was the only person in the drive through ( Apparently others have caught on too that it's not good anymore ) , sure enough, I had to pull up and wait. They bring the food out in the poring rain with the bag wide open so my food got wet. The 1/4 lb w/cheese, no onions, had more onions than usual and was thrown together like it fell in the floor or something. It also had a tiny piece of lettuce stuck to the burger that wasn't supposed to be there. The burger was pink in the middle also. Poor service, sloppy food, and a crew in there that doesn't seem to care. I won't be back. ... and let me just say, I have never given a bad review to anybody. I only did this one in the hope that the manager or the owner will see it and make changes. This makes me sad. Viewmont needed a...

Today the manager fixed my order that had some minor issues (no cheese was needed on a Big Mac ) she took my request immediately and fixed it herself and made y order hot and fresh and correct In a timely manner , the food was amazing and Tiffany the Ms ever was awesome and deserved to be recognized for her work ethic and service and overseeing my replacement order and made it perfect, I would give more stars if I could her name was Tiffany but I forgot what she told me her lady name Was as I was in a bushy and even during a rush she took her time out of a busy work day and gave me her undivided attention and even let me check my order before I left to ensure quality and that it was requested without asking she even made everything down to the fries cooked to order which was also extremely creditable and very professional. Thanks Tiffany for your hard work bc in the food industry hard work and talent goes unrecognized most of the time so I hope with this review your hard work today pays off and maybe you will get a raise or a gift card for gas or a gift card for your favorite restaurant or store beside you definitely went above and behind for me and you deserve it! 💕🖤 way...
