Long Review, but necessary The staff is nice for the most part but the service and food is terrible. I live less than 2 minutes away from this restaurant, they don't have a lot of business and I have never seen people sitting down eating maybe the counter but that's it. I will admit I don't check the bag before leaving so that's on me but I request every time which isn't that often for hot fries or at the very least hasn't been sitting around for who knows how long and guess what 99% of the times it is not. I wanted to try the classic burger so I ordered online to pickup. I give it time to be prepared then I head over there (remember less than 2 minutes away) I get there and the food isn't prepard and I'm told to pull in front of the building while I wait for my food, got a burger, curly fries and tenders...as I sat there waiting I said let me go to the window and request my fries be hot because they will bag items that should be at least warm/hot while the remaining is being prepared from scratch (WHY WOULD THEY DO THAT!). My food is brought out like 10 to 15 minutes later (NO BS) now because I had my puppy in the car we were playing around so I wasn't hard pressed on the time waiting but for all the time waiting I'm under the impression everything was hot, fresh. Bag comes out stapled closed ...The only thing fresh was the chicken tenders, the fries were luke warm at best and the burger I feel was something that was sitting around in their warmer because you know what onions look like when they been sitting out for awhile. I get home & open the bag to find what I just described. I made a decision if I want curly fries I'll get it when I'm work in Greensboro, because the Wendover store actually give a damn about the food & service they provide to people. There's typically young people at this Main St store in HP and it is very clear they lack the basic understanding of customer satisfaction & decent service. I'm not difficult to please but as much as this cost AT THE VERY LEAST the food should be fresh. I asked for what I wanted and I trusted that since the tenders were hot which I could feel thru the bag that the remaining would follow suit FOR ALL THE TIME I SAT THERE WAITING FOR IT. NP I won't be going back there again I would rather buy the frozen verison in the Food Lion than to ever go back there especially since I rarely go and that is my experience more...

Review: I recently visited Arby's and had a mixed experience. While the food was decent overall, there were certain aspects that left me feeling a bit underwhelmed.
First, I have to commend Arby's for their menu variety. They offer a wide range of options, including sandwiches, wraps, salads, and even some unique items like loaded curly fries. The options available cater to different tastes, which is appreciated. The prices were also quite reasonable, making it an affordable choice for a quick meal.
However, I found the quality of the food to be inconsistent. On my visit, I ordered a roast beef sandwich, and while the flavor was decent, the meat was a little dry and lacked the juiciness I was expecting. The curly fries, on the other hand, were quite tasty and had a nice crunch to them. It seemed like a hit-or-miss experience, with some items meeting expectations and others falling short.
Another aspect that didn't quite impress me was the customer service. While the staff was friendly, the service was a bit slow and disorganized. There was a noticeable delay in getting my order, and the overall efficiency could have been improved.
The ambiance of the restaurant was average, with a standard fast-food setting. The cleanliness and hygiene were okay. but the seating area felt a little cramped and could have been more comfortable.
In conclusion, while Arby's offers a decent range of menu options at affordable prices, the overall experience left something to be desired. The inconsistent food quality, slow service, and average ambiance make it difficult for me to rate this establishment higher. However, if you're looking for a quick and affordable bite, Arby's can still be a...
Read moreArby's is Arby's right...? Nope, there are 2 kinds of Arby's for me. The kind that make me feel like I ate something bad, and the kind that make me feel full and satisfied. This is the latter. I have never gotten sick from eating at this location. Arby's as fast food is one of the better options... as far as fast food goes. With coupons you could say the prices are reasonable. No coupons is a different story. But you get what you pay for. Not getting sick from eating is one of my top priorities when I am hungry. Why only 4 stars: The sweet tea is horrible. I always regret when I forget how bad it is and I order it and drive down the road. Good thing there's a Sheetz OTW to the house. Fix your sweet tea. It's sweet tea. How places manage to mess up 3 ingredients is beyond me. Yes there is a proper process to it, but the "ingredients" are the most important. I don't know what corners ya'll are cutting up there, but stop it. Makes me wonder what their water tastes like. It may very well be an Arby's corporate thing because thinking back I cannot remember ever getting good sweet tea at an Arby's. I don't care if it's a taco truck, you are in the South. Make it right or...
