2/1/2020 I ordered a meats pizza and 2 orders of garlic wings using the new delivery option. They use a third party delivery service, doordash. The driver called, I explained where I lived. They proceeded to deliver to the building across from mine, and marked the order as such. Now I am caught between the policies of two businesses, with the expressed comment of I might get my money back. Meanwhile, someone else ate my order, meaning I had to eat peanut butter sandwiches for dinner. There was zero offer sending an order to me, and Little Caesars has no policy in place that keeps customers from being caught in the slow grind between themselves and the company they hired out. With the Super Bowl being tomorrow, I would absolutely advise against using them. I used to work for a rival pizza company as a shift leader. There are policies in place to assure that the customer is satisfied, and not put in the place of wondering if a refund is coming, as well as not getting the food ordered. That was my experience with the new delivery service model of Little Caesar's. All that said, I would be telling half the story, if I did not mention that the company has amazing people representing it. It's just a shame that a company as big as this would put them in a position where there is no easy recourse. Great people, average product, lousy business model. One thirty dollar order may not seem like much, until you look at it as an indicator of a problem that will be experienced with each franchise that uses this service. Buyer beware is all I can say. IF your food does not make it to you, best of luck getting any satisfaction with the current process that is in place. You will get bounced between the companies, and told that there is nothing that can be done except wait. They didn't wait to take the money out of my account, but it's okay if you wait for them to decide if you are worthy of what you had a...
Read moreWe ordered from Little Caesars to provide lunch for our nonprofit organization's summer program, which serves underprivileged students from kindergarten to sixth grade. We placed a large order of 13 cheese pizzas and 1 pepperoni — and what we received was beyond disappointing.
Each cheese pizza had crusts that were nearly 2.5 inches wide, with barely any cheese or sauce in the center. The pizzas were dry, undercooked, and frankly, not edible. I would never serve this to children, let alone anyone. What they gave us looked nothing like the photos they advertise. I’ll be contacting corporate and sharing pictures so others can compare the difference for themselves.
To make things worse, the customer service was extremely poor. The staff was visibly annoyed when we placed our large order, and their rudeness was uncalled for. As a respected organization in the High Point community, this experience left a terrible impression — not just of this store, but of the brand overall.
I’ll be reaching out to higher management, and I will make sure our community knows how poorly we were treated. We expected better from a national chain that claims to care about...
Read moreI went to the S. Main location at 9:30pm on 4/8. My son went inside and a tall guy told a girl working there and they raced off. My son stood there a long time while they hid, and I went inside and I heard someone say "Do your cashier job!" The guy started reluctantly towards us but obviously he did not want to wait on us so we left. I understand there is a staffing shortage at a lot of places right now but employees who lack respect and a work ethic have to be taught and if they cannot then they need to be replaced. My teenagers said they never want to go there again. Also, they do not answer their phone no matter how many times you call. Someone else told me they like to stop work at 9 if they can... Update: I went back here on August 15 around 1, and the men (out front and in the back) were very helpful....
