I recently visited my local Chipotle, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected.
First, the service was quite disappointing. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive. I stood in line for quite a while, and when it was finally my turn, the employee seemed rushed and didn’t take the time to ask me about my preferences.
As for the food, it didn’t live up to the usual Chipotle standard. My bowl was poorly assembled, with half of the ingredients missing. I ordered pico on the bowl, hot sauce and sour cream on the side too but the bowl was missing pico, no sour cream and hot on the side . The flavors were off, and it felt more like a chore to eat than a satisfying meal.
When I returned to address the issues with my bowl, I was met with a rude manager. Instead of offering assistance, they were dismissive and seemed annoyed that I brought up the problems. It felt like my concerns were being brushed aside rather than taken seriously. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of customer service and attention to quality. I’ve always enjoyed Chipotle, but this experience has left me questioning whether I’ll return.
Overall, this visit left me feeling frustrated. I’ve always loved Chipotle for its fresh ingredients and vibrant flavors, but this time, it just didn’t deliver. I hope they can improve their service and food quality...

I had a free entree and told the girl at the beginning that I would like to redeem it and I asked if I could have guacamole on top of the bowl instead of on the side. I’ve been told some locations will do this since you are redeeming a free entree. She acted like this would be fine. Until I get to check out and the girl said $2.85 and I said I have the free entree. She said the guacamole isn’t included. I said that’s fine. But at this point it’s already on the bowl, and she said do you want us to remake the bowl? There was no need to remake the whole bowl. I don’t believe in wasting food. So I told her just to remove it from the top, they were only taking exact cash right now. I didn’t come here with money due to wanting to redeem my free reward. Well instead of just leaving it on there, they took little cups and scooped as much of the guacamole off the top of my bowl and threw it away. Like please help me explain the point of this? Read moreI go to chipotle in North Main in High Point, Winston Salem at the Hanes Mall Location and Kernersville. Today I took my daughter to lunch we arrived around 12:44 and we both ordered a chicken bowl. I always order “to go” because I can’t eat it all. Well the serving was so small I left hungry. The guy doing the initial order was obviously not trained for the new store. The cook was barely keeping up. I had to wait on chicken (keep in mind this is lunch and should be plenty of food prepared. A young woman was cutting onions and had cut a huge bowl and was oblivious to the surroundings around her. The pinto beans were crusted in the stainless steel container. They were also out of black beans because they were not ready along with the chicken (excuse giving to me). Because I was with my daughter I didn’t want to complain but someone has to get ahold of the small servings and increase servings around lunch (HELLO).
