For the past three weeks I have tried to go through the drive thru before work. The first week it took around 15 minutes, mainly because there were a lot of people in line, I’d expected it to go slower because of that. The second week I was the first in line and sat at the order speaker for around 15 minutes before the employee finally asked what I wanted and when I tried to order they said they were cleaning their kitchen so they could not make the items I was asking for (bagel minis and bacon). Which is fine, it happens, but I was trying to order this on a Saturday morning, probably one of the busiest days to choose to clean the kitchen, which wasn’t very efficient for them. The third week I sat at the drive thru for another 5 to 10 minutes with no indication that an employee was going to take our order. When we pulled to the window to see if there was even an employee in there, the person ducked down because another customer was walking up to the door. Might I add that this happened around 7:30, 30 minutes after they were supposed to open. If your systems are down or you cannot take orders, tell the customer that, do not just let the customer sit there for minutes on end, some of us have places to be. It’s really disappointing because they do have some very good breakfast items. Read moreI would give this dunkin -100 stars if I could. Worst dunkin I've ever been too. All the employees are too busy hanging out with each other rather than doing their job. The last two visits have been extremely infuriating especially when they're sooo slow and you have a mobile order and they ask you 5 times what you needed and then just stand their blankly staring at me all while my poor baby is screaming in the back because what should have been a 10 min in and out order took well over 30min for 3 coffees and a dozen donuts. Both times I had multiple drinks and they tried to hand me 4 drinks . They should ask, "would you like a carrier?" But no they try to hand you multiple drinks and when I kindly said, "can I please have a carrier I have multiple drinks." and the girl rolled her eyes at me . Today's visit the girl had headphones in and I was practically having to yell at her because she couldn't hear me . I also couldn't understand half of what they said through the intercom when ordering because they're mumbling. And her nails were fake and very long which last time I check is not allowed in the food Industry. They're all rude and extremely slow. Read moreOne of the slowest drive-thrus I've ever encountered. Don't try to stop here before work, you will be late, there is no breezing through for a quick cup of coffee. I've been the only customer in the drive thru, ordered a single hot coffee and it still took a legit 5 minutes. That should have been a 60 second transaction. And heaven help you if there is 3 or 4 cars in front of you, I've waited 20+ minutes numerous times. It's pretty much the norm.
Update- Absolutely nothing has changed, in fact it has gotten worse. Figured I'd give them another shot because I was craving a bagel and cream cheese. Bagel was burnt beyond edible and the girl actually had an attitude when I asked for a new one then told me that was the last everything bagel and they were sold out.
