Subway — Restaurant in High Point

First off let me start off by saying this now marks the 3rd time at this location. We chose this location even though it's out of the way because of the drive-thru and the convenience of it. ALL THREE TIMES I was in the drive-thru and no one acknowledged us. At a point we will drive up to see if anyone is inside only to be greeted by someone with an attitude at the window saying we are to busy to work the drive-thru. Now to this most recent visit. Like normal we pull up in the drive-thru and same thing. Pulled up to the window after about 5-6 minutes to receive attitude at the window. The girl behind the counter stated that we are not doing the drive-thru today. When I asked what days is the drive-thru available she told me it's not and immediately turned her back to me. I understand the frustration of working in the food industry, I did it for many years. But I am handicapped and that is why I came to this location because of the convenience as stated previously. Strongly recommend not using the location ever. Spend your money either at a different location or a different set of business altogether. This restaurant has the worst, u prepared, nasty staff. The add one were non existing. Crumbs left, brown Lettuce. I asked for fresh vegetables and was told snappy by a young white girl " THats All We Have" I asked could they get some more and was told there was none prepared the Manager didn't show up. "SO THATS WHAT YOU GET!! There was a black guy who didn't tell her to go to the back or to stop mouthing off. I am a professional 59 year old lady, mind you.She would not stop being shifty. I told them why would I take sandwiches which I am paying for like that?? Told the girl to shut her mouth and the guy told me he would not serve me!!!! Like I wanted to purchase anything from them. There was a young black girl who tried to be pleasant thru the whole situation during my wait in line 15 minutes whete other people were told how they were out of this or that. I should have left. Then but I was picking up for my office staff. I left and went to Jimmy John's and was treated with respect and fresh ingredients. Do not go there....

We got our lives threatened by an employee that states he's from the hood and hell kill my 73 year old Mom throwing gang signs and freaking out on us (cussing and swearing)because she asked for a meal and dude rang us up for just sandwiches. It was the most uncomfortable experience in my life in a restaurant. My Mom walked out of there so fast she was fearful for her life. I followed her to assure she was safe, then went back in yo get my refund as we received no food and wasn't going to eat in that hostel of an environment. Dude was even swearing at his manager and pushing her. Worst subway I've ever patronized. First time I had ever been to that subway. Ill never give back.
