Subway — Restaurant in High Point

I ordered on the app two sandwiches. After a long day at work. Ordered at 8 15 pm, choose pick up in store. Order to be ready at 8 35pm. No where did it say they lock the doors at 8pm. Arrived at 8 35 tried the door it wa locked. Got in the car drove to pick up window. Saw two employees talking but never came to window. Drove around again this time stopped at the speaker. Told them I had an online order told me to drive around. There were no other customers there. Waited 5 minutes finally brought my order to window. Asked about doors said they lock them at 8 even though says they close at 9. Got home, my sandwich was to be turkey melt. There was no cheese and two pieces of turkey. Mostly bread and black olives. I paid for a turkey melt and there was no cheese and barely turkey. I threw it away. I have used this Subway since it opened but I know recent sale. I will not go back. I will now go to Jersey Mike's so I receive what I paid for. Side note I watched the two employees in the the store just giggling and talking while making...

I've been going to this subway for nearly two years now since it's close to my work. The food is as good as you can get at any subway - veggies are always the freshest you can get, bread is fresh etc. , tuna is terrific and not too dry like some. Staff is hit and miss- some are very friendly (like management), some act like they don't want to be there, and this is the area where they could improve, but overall I recommend. Some reviewers stated drive-thru is slow - from my perspective the drive-thru does not lend itself well to easy communication for such a complex order as a sub, so I recommend you stop being lazy and walk inside to order. It's not only more accurate, but you can also watch it being made and make adjustments (like "pls add more X"), and you get a more...

So I absolutely love subway, and like this location because the staff are super friendly. Unfortunately I just went thru the drive thru about 20 minutes ago ordered a footling for my husband and a Veggie delight 6 inch for me.. I ordered mine with the chipotle sauce and asked them to put only a little bit on... the sandwich is drenched in it; so much that the bread started falling about. The sandwich is also incredibly sloppy and just completely unappealing. I just tried scrapping off some the sauce, only to bite into it and the bread taste stale. So disappointed. I will be going to a different location next time.
