I, honestly, don't know if I will go back. They've always had reasonable prices and Kelly does great work. I went there on June 22 2025 (Saturday) and the younger guy did my nails (Henry? Not sure of his name). He's done my nails before and although his work isn't quite as good as Kelly's he's really nice and sings while he does your nails. I had a fill and gel polish. Since going there I have been able to use my natural nails with acrylic on top rather than using nail tips. The following Tuesday my acrylic started to lift on one of my nails. I tried to glue it down but it kept coming up. Then it popped off breaking my natural nail. Then two other nails acrylic started to lift. By the following Saturday I was frustrated. I didn't want to go talk with them upset, so I waited. Monday the 30th was my birthday and my husband insisted that I go tell them and get my nails fixed. We went at 10 am because that's when it says they open during the week. When I got inside, there were already some people getting services done. I explained what happened and they put me off. I understand because they are helping other people. The guy that messed up my nails last time tells me to go to his table (this is after my nails had been soaking off for at least 30 minutes at Kelly's table waiting for her). I told him I would rather wait for Kelly. He was very nice, agreed and then sat to complete removing the acrylic. I waited for 2 hours...now although a long time, I wasn't concerned too much about how long I was waiting as long as they got fixed correctly. Throughout this time, other staff came in that could have taken over for Kelly with the person she was rendering services for, but no, they say down and played on their phones. Kelly finished with what she was doing after 2 hours she finally got to my nails. While I was waiting Kelly spoke with me and said she would be with me asap and had an extremely short conversation that it was my birthday. Keep in mind that my nails started lifting after 3 DAYS. When she was done, she walked me to the register and said, "It's $60 and I'll give you a discount." She handed me a slip to sign for $54. I still have a $10 top because it's the right thing to do. I am not the type of person to throw a fit, and I've worked in customer service for 20 years. However, that should have been free. It was shoddy work, and 100% they're fault. If it had been a week, I probably would have left it alone, and I've been a devoted customer, but I'm very disappointed. I guess I'll be looking for a...
Read moreToday was my first time go to this nail salon , and I've never encountered such a rude person like the owner Kelly in my life. While polishing my nails with the machine, she cut the skin next to my nail, causing it to bleed. It hurts. I held it in without saying anything. While polishing my other hand, she nearly cut my skin again, and my instinct was to pull my hand back. She then aggressively told me to stop moving, blaming me for the cutting of my skin. This infuriated me so much that I shook my head angrily, saying, "Oh my God, what kind of attitude is that?". She then said, "I never want to see you again, don't come back." I angrily said to her, "You cut my hand and made it bleed, and not only didn't you apologize, you blamed me." From the beginning, she had a sour face, as if I owed her something. I've been doing this SNS nail in other salon for years and no one has ever cut my skin. If it was my fault, why wouldn't it happen to others? I was so angry that my tears started streaming. Seeing my tears, she apologized and said I don’t have to pay, it’s free for me. I gave her my credit card, she only charged for my pedicure, not the SNS. I still left the cash for the SNS on her desk. But this feeling of being insulted was so strong that I couldn't stop crying even after left that place. I just checked her reviews, she has a lot of one star reviews, almost everyone said how rude she is. I should have checked the reviews...
Read moreKelly was very unprofessional and rude. First I came in to inquire about the prices for SNS dip powder and a polish change on my toe nails. The prices were reasonable so I scheduled an appointment for a few days later. When I came back for the appointment, she didn’t even remember that I had scheduled an appointment. Luckily there were no other customers there so she started on me. She put the acetone and aluminum foil on my nails to remove my previous SNS dip powder and then she started the polish change on my toe nails. When I mentioned that I didn’t like how the polish looked on my big toes, she noticeably got a little upset and tried to blame it on me. She removed the polish on all of my toes and repainted them. Again I didn’t like how the polish looked on the big toes but I told her it was okay. It wasn’t that big of a deal. She told me I was being too picky and that she was not going to do my nails at all. She removed the polish from my toes again and then removed the aluminum foil from my nails. The dip powder wasn’t even fully removed and she told me to leave the store! I left with no polish on my nails or toe nails and it was almost closing time. I had to scramble to find another salon who would take me as a walk in that late. Please work on your customer...
