I moved in August everything has been going fine up until now. I left for the weekend and when I leave I usually thoroughly clean my apartment because i'll be gone days at a time and that's just the kind of neat freak i am. I came back three days later and notice there was a foul smell coming out the bathroom to see there's feces and urine in my toilet. I haven't had any plumbing problems that would cause for anything to not flush completely but also I'm sure it wasn't me because as stated i cleaned my apartment before leaving with the toilet being one of the last things. I went to the office immediately and was told to leave a note which was ignored because i had to go to the office the next day to speak with Kelly who said and kept saying "no one had a reason to go into your apartment" after I told her no one had access to my apartment, i was in ownership of both pair of keys and my apartment was clean when I left so I contacted Renee Ramsor who sarcastically stated i file a police report and get my locks changed because they'll just have a copy of those keys too and it won't eliminate the possibility of it happening again. As I said to Renee if it was possible that it was my mishap I wouldn't be going this far to complain and they seem to be more concerned about covering their asses then taking my concerns for safety serious and considering that they employ nasty and disrespectful maintenance people. I have one year left of graduate school and i was considering renewing my lease in May but knowing how they have handled my situation and disregarded my concerns for my safety and I will not be recommending this place to my peers...

Read moreI have lived at this location for 2 years. And I was treated so unkind by management all the way to Corporate. They have no empathy or sympathy at all. They gave me two different price increases on my rent. I just asked if they could possibly do the original price because of everything that was happening with Covid. I wasn't asking for no increase! It was like I asked them for their first born. They said we wont do that. It will not happen. Never asked how they could make the situation better. I talked to three different people and all three could care less. I told them that there is so much wrong in the apartment for an increase. Not one of them even asked like what? How can we make your experience here better. Besides my own issues with corporate. You can hear EVERYTHING in these apartments. They are not economical at all. You can not even have your bikes outside. My bike is sitting in my apartment because they do not have but one bike rack across the complex. Good luck if you live near the trash bins, those are always over flowing....
