This was by far the absolute worst Wendy's I've ever been to in my life and I've been to probably in Wendy's and never stayed in this country. The service there was terrible My wife was not giving her fries with her order, and yet when she went back to the manager to tell him the employee who obviously had to know she didn't put the fries in the bag lied and said my wife was lying got a mandre over there and they ridiculed her . So defending her honor as always will I went to the counter and explaining to all the manager that we don't really care about their fries we don't want their fries but just to let them know that they weren't there and that they were wrong and even if my wife did have them they should still have honored when she had said. But obviously either something more what's going on between the manager and the employee or is fighting employees becoming that hard now that you believe waiting lies over customers is is worthless employees valued more than the people that they're the ones that are paying your paychecks. I say fire the whole staff but then you end up hired more in desperate people and then probably be worse so should go in there and whoever wants to place and have a talk with them because I know one thing if they treated my wife and our family that way we weren't the first and we certainly will not...
Read moreI’m very disappointed and disgusted with the way this Wendys is being managed! I usually don’t leave any reviews of places I go to because I believe there’s always room for change! But the manager there is unbelievable! I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich, while I got to the center of the sandwich I noticed the texture of the chicken was off! It was still raw! I called them immediately! And the manger began to rant on how she didn’t believe me because “everything is made fresh that’s why it takes long to come out” so she asked me to go back and show proof! Of course I went back! But for what? she was no help at all! She tried to convince me it wasn’t raw when it was clear that it was! She also accused me of possibly bringing and old sandwich from another day back! Having my receipt in hand with the time I placed my order not being no longer then 30 minutes ago! She had no intentions of making it right at first! Because the “sandwich was almost gone” like the thought of me almost finishing the raw sand which was not important to her at all! I had to raise my voice for understand what she was doing was wrong! It all ended with her giving me back 5 dollars for the raw...
Read moreThis location of Wendy's is so disappointing. About 8 out of 10 experiences here have been negative. It's difficult to get in and out of the parking lot and drive-thru. The service is neither fast nor efficient, and about 80 percent of the front of house staff is quite rude, short, and clipped. Even when there's been an error with an order, they remain unapologetic, and act as though it's a hastle to ammend it. I don't expect a fast food drive-thru to be super polite and well mannered place to visit, but I absolutely do expect to be treated as a customer rather than an inconvenience. The last time I was there, the woman working the window failed to give me back my debit card. I went inside to retrieve it, and when I asked for it back, she was extremely rude and huffy, and pulled it from the machine and handed it back to me saying "I forgot." No apology, nothing. And the manager was well within earshot. Ridiculous. The only reason I give 2 stars instead of 1 is because the restaurant itself is relatively new, and nice on the inside. That is the only positive thing...
