Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in High Point

This is the absolute worst location I have ever been to! I have been eating at Zaxby's for about 7 years. It is my FAVE chicken place! We relocated from FL, and would drive 45 mins to eat at the closest one to our house! Anyways, our server asked the cook if my Son was given his apple juice, and he said yea, but we never got it, when I told her so, I got a dirty look! Then after opening his food, he didn't have the sauce we asked for with his meal, had to make another trip back to the counter, only to be given the stink eye again! Then I look at my fries, completely burned, and no seasoning! I requested that my Husband return the fries to the counter and ask for some that were not burned. He return's to the table with a new plate of burned fries!!!! I was like ok whatever, let's just eat the ones we have that aren't burned. I open my coleslaw and it smells like it is spoiled, I didn't bother to take it back because at this point I am just getting annoyed! When we were leaving I took the burned fries back to manager and asked him if they looked any less burned than the first ones I had??? I told him I was not interested in another plate, and was just letting him know that it was obvious that he didn't give a rip how the food was prepared! He did NOT apologize to me, actually he didn't say anything at all, just shrugged his shoulders and continued setting a bad example for his employee's to follow! When we were walking out the young lady emptying the trash looked at me and said I am sorry about that, it is the end of the month, and the oil needs to be changed! You are not the only person who has complained about this today! I will never eat here again, EVER! Just so you all don't think I am a complainer, I have NEVER had bad food from any Zaxby's location in my life until yesterday,it was NASTY! This happened on 8/31/13 at about 6pm dinner time, I will drive farther to the location that actually cares what they serve and who they make sick...

They honestly do not any stars.The disrespect that I received at this Establishment I will never go back to this Zaxby's ever again far less maybe no Zaxby's because of the way that I was treated. I was at Zaxby's on 12/16/2021, the young lady that took my order in the drive through was very nice. When placing my order I asked her if I could get a ranch with my order and she stated that my meal comes with one. Upon receiving my food I checked my order as I always do before driving away and there was a Zaxby's Sauce which is not to my liking. I asked the male that took my payment and handed me my order for a ranch he stated that it's in the box. I told him that I had check the bag and the meal box and the only thing was the Zaxs sauce. Then his so called unprofessional possibly a manager with no customer service skills came to the window and said that he double checked it and that it should be in there. He "the manager" asked me to check my box Because he was for sure that he put it in there he was like no check it again ,check it again , check it again and I told him I was not Going to check it again because it's not in there , so basically I had to hand the Zack sauce back through the window which is very unsanitary due to we are still in a pandemic so that he could release the 1 packet of ranch dressing to me. That the so called manager was holding hostage 1 ranch , he did not believe me when I told him that the ranch was not in my meal box nor the bag. The so called manager stood at the window and told me after handing me the ranch stated " To call him when I check the box and let him know it's in there". I don't feel that the manager should have Stood there at the drive-through window and argue with a customer I told him to just please handover the ranch dressing because I'm not gonna argue about a sauce packet. He was very rude disrespectful towards me and that's is not...

Let me start with this... I LOVE Zaxbys. There was a time where I ate there almost weekly (100+ times total easily...) and have eaten from at least 7 different stores...all of that being said I will never enter the doors of this specific Zaxbys again. It is the one closest to my new office so I walked in there last week and was treated rudely by their staff. They seemed irritated when I asked them a question, one lady turned and walked away as I was trying to ask her something, and they were constantly rude. Not to mention the food was sub-par from the quality I have come to expect from Zaxbys. They also charge extra for sauce when getting a sandwich. Now that may not be frustrating if I hadn't eaten at other Zaxbys 100+ times and NEVER have I been charged for a sauce when ordering a sandwich. I figured, maybe they were just having a bad day, so I tried again this week. Even worse! It's hard to enjoy your food when you're mad from how poor these employees treat the customers. I will never walk in this store again. I'd rather drive 20 extra minutes to get to another Zaxbys or wait in the hour long Chik-fil-a line. This store is an embarrassment to...
