Starbucks — Restaurant in Highland Springs

Only starbucks in the area so not many options. Continually have bad experiences. Just stood in line for 20 minutes while one person rang up and made drinks while the other made 6 cans of whip cream. While making drinks, the one employee had a nice chat with a customer sitting off to the side. Good thing they spoke to that customer or they would have spoken to no one...not even when taking orders. There were no smiles, no "hello", or other pleasantries. And while I still stand here, waiting for my drink, the line has grown to 7 people not including 2 people who stood in line but left before being waited on. What a poorly run Starbucks...fitting since it is inside of a poorly managed Target....but don't worry...the whip cream maker is now making drinks while the other has walked off to chat with his customer....oops...no here she comes around the corner chewing...back to work without washing her hands. 30 minutes to get a drink at starbucks!!! Keep up the half ass...

Every Starbucks I go to always has great tasting coffee and great food. The only thing I didn't like about this location in particular was the cashier was socially ackward. She asked my boyfriend if he was my father and so we played along and said yea he's my father and then we made it a point to romantically kiss hold hands and be cuddly to make her uncomfortable. I think it goes without saying. If you're not sure about something, don't ask. If you think someone's pregnant but your not sure, don't ask. If you think someone's related to the other person but your not sure , don't ask. You could be become a offensive person even if you are just trying to make conversation and be polite it...

Me and my boyfriend are African American from Maryland here for his job and I wanted some starbucks. I use to work at Starbucks but in Arlington VA.
