10:32am 03/06/24 Just waited in line for 25 minutes to receive "half" of a drink. I ordered a VENTI white mocha hazelnut espresso with "Light ice". Regular ice usilually takes up the cup and I'm left with 3-4 sips of a drink. But today, because I asked for "Light ice"; I received half a drink from a laughing barista who thought it was funny. So I asked where the rest of my drink was, and all I got was shoulder shrug from the "manager" or person who was making it. He stated that it was the "Way" I ordered "light ice" and that was all that could be placed into the cup. That sounds quite ridiculous to me because EVERY STARBUCKS I HAVE BEEN TO, FILLS THE VENTI CUP UP WITH THE DRINK. And if I'm not correct, "light ice" cost alittle more, so I don't understand the servicing methods at this particular location and why people are waiting so long in line, but as an continual customer...I might not be back to this location in the mornings. I can understand that maybe you are swamped with orders or backed up, but don't take it out on your customers. Read moreToday I was at star bucks to get coffee.I feel like the African American female was rude.I asked her if she knew why my coffee was not made yet.i was waiting for 30 minutes.she said the female who was assisting customers at the registered could help me.mind you she was making ice coffee rather saying I will assist you one moment.she brushed me off and was very rude.never coming here again.I work with customers and this is no way to treat them.I did use the rest room even so her attitude was unacceptable and unnecessary.the Caucasian female at the register was very polite and respectful I appreciate her ability to multi task and get coffee and the register at the same time and get it completed in under 1 minute.I do believe she should be a manager with her leadership ability.I had to coach one of my employee before multiple time unfortunately she was fired for her persistent complaints being giving on her attitude.this is bad for business.never coming her again.I did not feel welcomed here I felt ignored like I was getting on her nerves.I will put a complaint in with what ever entity I need to put one in with.btw 20 star for the Caucasian female at the register 👏👏👏👏 btw I am a regular here need to find a new coffee spot.maybe...
Read moreI didn't realize there was a Starbucks so close to this side of town! I love the design of this building, the windows that allow for lots of natural light to enter. I've only been here twice, and the biggest challenge both times is cleanliness--of the floor (napkins, paper from straws), tables (there are crumbs and stains) and the bathroom (dirt on the floor on one visit, and soap container on the sink [rather than the dispenser..maybe it isn't working on another visit]). I understand that there's frequent traffic and staff are busy, I hope that management can address this. I have visited others to sit and work and had a different experience. I want to come regularly instead of driving across town. Moving forward, I hope to be find a cleaner space to match the beautiful building. UPDATE: Just spoke with the manager on shift (Ginny) and staff, both of whom listened, were understanding. They expressed being understaffed. They agreed with me.
