Placed my order and went to sit outside waiting for order with my drink. Had my number and receipt on the table waiting for a waiter to come and verify my order and make sure it was placed like they always do. It was fairly busy but not overwhelming. I have waiters all around me going to this table and that table repeatedly asking if they are okay, if they need anything etc. finally after 40 min, which I was in no rush just enjoying the weather outside, I guess a manager asked if I had been helped along with a family who had just arrived. I said no politely and someone comes out a few minutes later apologizing saying they didn’t know they had a my table despite everyone around me getting helped. I don’t mind the wait time I know businesses are short staff these days but it’s the lack of customer service even if someone isn’t in your section, you notice someone new is sitting down, it takes two minutes to acknowledge someone and say we will be with you shortly or as soon as possible whatever the case may be. But for people sitting all around me to get asked multiple times and if the needed anything while I didn’t even get acknowledged at all. I understand I was the only black person out there but damn Willie’s y’all can have your waiters acknowledge customers so they know they aren’t forgotten. They comped my $2 margarita whoopty doo but I didn’t get any food cause I needed to leave for work. So thank y’all for having me go to work over...
Read moreOur experience at Willie's began with a quick and hassle-free ordering process at the counter with Tori, which set the stage for an enjoyable evening. The menu was extensive and offered a variety of options to suit everyone's tastes.
One pleasant surprise was the affordability of their margaritas. They were not only delicious but also surprisingly cheap, making them an excellent choice to kickstart our dining experience. As we settled into our seats, Kimberly, our server for the evening, approached our table with a friendly smile.
Kimberly's warm and welcoming demeanor immediately made us feel at home. She introduced herself and asked if we had any questions about the menu. Her knowledge of the dishes and her genuine enthusiasm for the restaurant's offerings were impressive. She even provided some excellent recommendations based on our preferences, ensuring that each member of our family found something they would enjoy.
Throughout the meal, Kimberly continued to impress us with her attentive service. She kept our drinks filled and checked on us regularly, ensuring that our dining experience was smooth and enjoyable. Her professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction truly elevated the evening.
The food at Willie's was delicious, and Kimberly's attention to detail made it even more enjoyable. We left Willie's full and smiles...
Read moreI originally left this location a 5 star review but after our experience last night, I'm changing it. I recommended going to Willie's with my daughter because they have the best queso( usually), great margaritas and great prices for what you get. However, this evening was disappointing and embarrassing as this was her first time. Not only was the service less than stellar, the icehouse queso was greasy. I realize they were very busy and can excuse slow service however, this was more than that. We saw our waitress probably 3 times over the 1.5 hrs we were there, we had to ask other random waiters for things several times. the waitress brought us our check and we got our payment methods and sat them on the table. We waited about 20 mins and we didn’t see her anywhere (mind you it was 100 degrees and we were sitting outside) so eventually I went to take the payment inside when another random waiter helped us out and took the payment. When the waitress came back with the receipt she said “I’m sorry. I didn’t realize you were in a hurry all of a sudden" and quickly walked away leaving before we could reply. It was very rude and totally uncalled for. That was definitely not the way to end our dining experience. I don't think I will visit this location again and definitely won't be recommending it to...
