Pho Viet Restaurant — Restaurant in Hillsboro

Ordered the Seafood Pho the other day and it was supposed to come with more than just shrimp (fish ball, squid, etc) it was good pho (just like all the other pho I have had from here. When I went to pay for my meal in double checked the menu to see if my order was supposed to come with what I thought it was. J even asked the server when I paid for my bill. He said "yes" it was supposed to come with those items in the pho. I also clearly read (right next to the cash register) that all incorrect orders would be refunded. And above that "valued" customers were being addressed.

When I told the server that my pho only came with shrimp and not everything else, he seemed ton disregard everything I said. They did not offer to refund my order or even correct it. So it's clear that they don't actually value their customers, uphold their refund policy stated at the counter, or care to do the right thing. The food is good and reasonably priced but it's obvious that they want to cut corners to save money and avoid the hassle of satisfying each customer. So for that reason, I will not be dining here again. I'll also warn others before they visit here and let them know that their order may not be complete or correct and that they will not offer a refund if their order is wrong.

Im so bummed to share the last three times we've gone, the food has been either over or undercooked, and items on the same plate at different temperatures and also different doneness. This has been so connon that when my lemongrass chicken came out burnt and my steamed vegetables cold and partially undone, I didn't bother chasing down the waitress- whom later when I was paying said gosh you should have told me earlier (was this before or after you dropped the plates on the table and disappeared for our entire meal). Maybe YOU should have seen the over done dried out excuse for chicken thighs you served me (a very hard thing to mess up, i might add), and had it remade right there on the spot. That goes double for the burnt excuse for crab Rangoons, who somehow still had raw onion inside with cold coagulated cream cheese. Look at least the service today was somewhat pleasant when I told her (but no refund, just a scolding) but unless you are going here for the Phô or Vermicilli noodle bowls, I wouldn't waste your on average 15-20$ per plate money on any other items besides those two items! That makes me so sad to say dear readers! We've been going here for years and I'm sad that their current cook is sub-par. Maybe that's why every time we go, there's barely any...

This used to be my favorite pho place and had been coming here for 10 years. But the service lately has been so bad I'm never going back. There's 2 ladies that run the place and take the orders. One of them is amazing and sweet and the other is this really rude lady that acts like she's pissed off to serve you. I came in with family and she only waited for us to order food and walked off. She didn't even wait for us to order drinks so when she came back around we ordered some sodas and a bubble tea. When the sodas came around it was just the canned beverage. Every time prior you'd get a cup with ice and a straw. So again when she came around with the food we asked and she got upset and said to next time order it all at once. I kindly let her know we were unaware we had to start specifically ordering it that way. We dined we tipped and paid and went back a week later. This time we went back and ordered more specifically and she was like "okay okay yeah yeah I know cup ice straw yeah" and walked off. One of our dishes came in wrong and they refused to redo or refund. It's sad that what was once a great place to eat has now turned into an unwelcome environment. Order takeout and save...
