Title: Frustration at the Local Starbucks
I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years, but my experience at this particular location has been nothing short of exasperating. No matter how simple my order is, it seems like they can never get it right. I’ve tried to be patient and understanding, but it’s becoming increasingly difficult when I find myself leaving with a drink that’s filled with foam—often taking up over half the cup!
What’s particularly frustrating is that I can go to any other Starbucks and have my drink made correctly every single time. This location, however, feels like a different world. I work nearby and have no choice but to frequent this shop, which makes the ongoing mishaps all the more disappointing. It's disheartening to watch other customers receive their drinks promptly and correctly while I’m left with a hot mess.
I’ve tried repeating my order clearly, sometimes even showing them my previous receipts, but it doesn’t seem to make a difference. The staff, while friendly, often seem rushed or distracted, which might contribute to the frequent errors. I really want to love this location, but it’s hard when I can’t trust that my drink will be made the way I like it.

Read moreI’m giving this location one star because the bedside manner of three of the people that work there is terrible. The woman who answered the phone did not give me her name. The girl that took my orders name is Gigi and the store manager’s name is Ren. I went through the drive-through and the girl who took my order was extremely rude and when I pulled up to the window, apparently it was the store manager who handed me my drink, which was wrong. I explained to her The drink was wrongand she told me that she was gonna look it up in their store policy later and then like went on her way. Didn’t say have a nice day didn’t say anything just ignored me. I called the location and spoke with another woman who was also equally as rude and she wouldn’t take accountability or apologize for the brashness of the other employees. I asked for the employees names when she referred for me to contact corporate, and I asked her to repeat the names back to me because she was talking so fast and she refused. She hung up on me mid phone call. I called back. They wouldn’t take my call. I called back again. They wouldn’t take my call. Read moreThe drinks at this location are never anywhere near as good as literally any other Starbucks I've been to. They're always watered down and mostly just taste like milk with very little flavor and I've started having to ask for 4+ extra pumps of syrup just for it to taste right.
Today though, I got my drink and it had little black things throughout. They are clearly not cleaning equipment properly if my pumpkin spice frappe has leftover chocolate from someone else's drink. Absolutely disgusting.
Another time, I had come in with my service dog and another dog started barking at him. We walked to the counter and my own dog sat down next to me and one of the baristas came out from behind the counter and rudely asked me if he was a service dog. When I said yes she gave me a bunch of attitude. I don't mind being asked (nicely, preferably), but he wasn't the one barking and she only asked me, not the owner of the dog who was barking. If you're going to ask me, you should also ask the woman whose dog isn't behaving.
