Did not like any of the rolls with escolar in it

Baked lobster roll ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ perfectly sweet and savory

Star fish ⭐⭐ the cucumber wrapper was good was kind of a bland mish mash of stuff

Orange snow ball ⭐⭐⭐ just ok the shrimp tempura wasn't amazing

Sumo roll ⭐⭐⭐ liked the seared salmon not a fan of the sprouts

❤️Caterpillar roll ⭐⭐⭐⭐✨ it's what you'd expect but it is yummy, would totally reorder it isn't a sushi that makes you feel sick

Vegas fever ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ such a big roll, little hard to eat definitely a cheat meal because it's fried, wouldn't the cream cheese is so good with the fried outside

We had an amazing dining experience at this sushi bar! The freshness and quality of the ingredients truly stood out, and the service made it even more memorable. • Hokkaido Uni Sushi was incredibly creamy and rich, with a delicate sweetness that melted in my mouth. The wasabi added just the right amount of kick without overpowering the uni’s natural flavor. • Shrimp Miso Soup had a deep umami flavor, likely enhanced by the shrimp heads, making it a comforting and flavorful start to the meal. • Tempura Assortment was light, crispy, and not overly greasy. The shrimp and vegetables were perfectly fried, and the dipping sauce complemented them well. Pairing it with sake made for an excellent balance of flavors.

Beyond the food, the service and hospitality were exceptional. The management and staff were very attentive, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Their knowledge of the menu and willingness to offer recommendations added a personal touch.

We visited for lunch on Saturday and arrived right before 1. It wasn't too busy so we were seated right away. The staff were very friendly and all had masks on. We felt very comfortable in the setting. Our waiter was the absolute best and was very attentive!

The food came out very quickly and was amazing! Often times you visit a sushi restaurant and right away you can tell the quality of the food is bad. Not this place! The seafood was fresh and delicious. The raw fish wasn't too fishy or rubbery.

The most surprising dish we ordered was the Ahi poke. The combination of the fish, dressing and seaweed salad turned out to be super refreshing. It wasn't too heavy at all.

We also ordered the Tangy Tang and Da Kine rolls. Both were superb! The rice was seasoned perfectly and even the vegetables used were fresh! The seared salmon just melts in your mouth! It's so buttery and delicious! The unagi was fresh and even had some charred bits on the edges which we quite enjoyed!

Lastly we ordered the Takumi Ahi tower. This is a definite recommend! It comes with a spicy mayo, wasabi, and unagi sauce which pairs perfectly with the ingredients in the tower. Plus it's a beauty so you...
