My first time here and Iām very disappointed the girl that waited on Me with a ponytail red hair needs to get an attitude adjustment. No smile no personality. Why is she there? She looked like what do you want? I just donāt wanna be here. Thatās what her face look like she ruined my lunchā¦.. I asked for the Choose two I said clearly I wanted the uptown, avocado, turkey, and the cheddar broccoli soupā¦. Then she said what do you want for your side? I said my soup is my side says would you like a salad? OK I guess that included it. She charged me extra for it. She shouldāve told me that. So when she finally brought me, the food still no smile on her face just kind of threw the plate on the table caught me off guard⦠Then I tasted the soup which was at BEST lukewarm so I took it back up to the counter and very nicely. Ask her if she could warm this up. She took it out of my hand and put it in the microwave. I waited for a few minutes her to beep. She wasnāt even looking at my direction, so I turned around and went back to finish my, finally brought the soup over didnāt say a word. Just kind of put it on the tableā¦. nothing like I hope itās warm enough now just nothing. I mean she shouldnāt be a waitress. Iām sorry her attitude and her personality show that she does not want to be there so your best bet if you want returning customers and let her go or put her in the kitchen here doing dishes away from your customersā¦..
And when I walked in the door, the last thing I want to see as a customer is seven dirty tables that have not been cleaned. You need to change your system because that doesnāt work for me and I donāt think it works for many people that walk into a restaurant and see dirty tables, and there were only four customers there when I got there . And the girl that cleared the tables no smiling on her face at all no personality.
You have a cute little establishment here and I know some people may ignore bad Customer Service But Iām old-school and Iām sorry I think that people need to feel welcomed with a smile and act like they want to be there ā¦. In her case, maybe sheās having a bad day but as far as I could see, there wad only three women working behind the counter and nobody was smiling. Nobody was friendly. Something you might want to take a look at your staff ⦠There are plenty of bakeries and sandwich shops that have open recently and with your staff being so unfriendly, I will definitely find...

We had a horrible experience, probably the worst experience over a stupid avacodo that the staff was being petty about......long story short one of my sisters is vegan and at time of oredering we asked for a whole avacodo regardless of how much it would cost because the money was never an issue, the staff said they can't sell a whole avacodo but instead sell us sides for a dollar each, we asked about how many sides we had to order to be about the size of an avocado they said probably about double, so we proceeded to order when our order came to the table it was no where near a 1/6th of an avocado, we told them we had wanted more which we clearly asked about at time of ordering. Another two orders later still not even half of one....the staff became hostile, when we asked why they didnt want to give more so we decided to leave, I just dont know why a business cant be understanding and nice. they were just spiteful.... Definitely lost business from a loyal customer and definitely will be sharing this horrible...
