To the Domino’s Hillside Management Team,
I recently visited your Hillside location to place an order in-store but was informed that the online offers I was interested in were not available in the store. I was advised to place the order online instead. While sitting in my car, I attempted to do so but encountered a payment error—even though my bank had already authorized the payment and the funds were withdrawn.
I went back into the store to address the issue and spoke with Rowan, who I was told is the manager. Unfortunately, Rowan was extremely dismissive and provided no real assistance. After briefly checking the system, she quickly told me there was no order and said I would need to call corporate. When I asked if she could assist by making the call since I was already in the store, she refused and told me to look up the number myself online.
What frustrated me most was not just the inconvenience, but Rowan’s complete lack of customer service and empathy. I showed her the error message and proof that the payment was approved and withdrawn from my account, yet she showed no concern, urgency, or willingness to help resolve the issue.
Due to this poor experience, I no longer feel comfortable doing business at this location. I strongly recommend additional training for the staff, particularly for Rowan, as this is not the level of service customers should expect from Domino’s.

Called the store and was told by an employee they probably marked it delivered because it’s on the way and to wait 20 minutes. I live 10 minutes away. Waited another 20 minutes no pizza. Read moreThe service at Domino's Hillside has seriously declined. On Nov 6th I ordered a pizza, chicken, and 3 sauces at 7:30 PM. After an 1 hour of waiting I called and the young lady that answered said "oh he just left with your order." 30 more minutes goes by and nothing. So I call again, the young lady answers the phone and says "oh he forgot your order he will deliver it now." 15 minutes later he arrives with no mask and no sauces that I PAID FOR!!!! He returns to the store to get my sauces another 30 minutes wait! My food was cold and boneless chickens half eaten. I call the store manager and he promises me a free pizza.
