First, I didn’t appreciate the position of the new refrigerator. Regardless if the refrigerator door is open or closed, it is blocking customer’s view of preparation. I would like to see the staff, when they are handling my food. Even when I stepped to the side, I still couldn’t see anything they were doing until it was time to place the sandwich in the oven. LOSE THE REFRIGERATOR THAT’S BLOCKING THE BAD AND SPOILED MEATS.
Secondly, I got all the way home to reveal a dry, old meatball sandwich. I wonder how long they recycled these meatballs before they hit my sandwich. Just Disgusting..Thank God, I didn’t just bite into the sandwich. This was a total inconvenience, waste of my time and my gas, driving back to the Hillside location for a refund.
Totally dissatisfied customer. I placed an online order to take advantage of the FLBOGO deal, now I have to wait 3-5 business days for a full refund. I was forced to drive to the East Orange location for the same deal. There was no acknowledgement or accommodation just wait for a refund.
