Rocco's Italian Sausages & Cheese Steaks — Restaurant in Hilltown Township

Tried there sausage once maybe 6 months ago and liked it. It was actually good. Finally stopped back again about 2 weeks ago and they had no more sausage. So tried again today and was not impressed it was a different brand of sausage with to much fillers in it no flavor and the menu said all day for breakfast menu items but did not say except potatoes and home fries so apparently all day is only a.m. So not impressed by any means. Do not plan on going back. Extremely disappointed. It has become impossible to find good sausage places that know how to make a good sandwich that fills you and has really good taste. Another one joins the food bandwagon of bland and cheap while selling at market rates claiming quality off a few dozen positive reviews from consumers that will also tell you pre-made pre packaged and freeze dried food tastes the exact same as homemade. Quality and pride in one's work and merchandise no longer exists. There was a time when restaurants and cooks were proud of there work and and would defend and guarantee there work regardless of the money. Cause they cared about about and liked doing...

THIS PLACE IS NOT THE SAME Sad because. This was my second favorite cheesesteak spot, my wife and I would drive 30min just for the order.

Today we go in and the lady taking our order completely butchers the order over and over. We could tell off bat there was a language barrier but she barely understood a word we was said, and we knew from there our order would be screwed up which it was. Its a bad business decision to have some one with bad English comprehension taking orders.

We ordered. 2 cheesesteaks light onion with double coopersharp cheese.

What we received was 2 cheesesteaks on stale bread with heavy onions, green and red peppers. no double coopersharp but instead one slice of value American cheese Topped with Ketchup and mayo 🤮 And worst of all…… the STEAK MEAT WAS NOT SLICED RIBEYE like before NOW ITS CHEAP GROUND BEEF🤮🤮

This was gross and a waste of money. This is not the Rocco’s your used to.

I REPEAT THIS IS NOT THE SAME ROCCOS ANYMORE STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

ROCCOS CHEESTEAKES BEFORE...

This was my first time here. I live about an hour away and was just passing through when I spotted a Home Depot nearby and right next to it, I saw a place serving cheesesteaks. Naturally, I had to stop.

The customer service was fantastic. I didn’t catch the cook’s name, but he was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome right away.

The reason I gave four stars instead of five is because of the food itself. We both ordered cheesesteaks, and while they weren’t bad, they also weren’t anything special. The flavor just didn’t stand out, it almost tasted like something I could make at home, and I’m definitely not a great cook. My wife’s sandwich was also a bit on the sloppy side, which I think was because the bread wasn’t toasted.
