We eat here every Saturday immediately when we get to town for dinner (after checking in and bringing up our bags). It’s our little tradition and we love this place. The food is always good, so it’s consistent. The staff is friendly and helpful also. We (my husband and I) usually get queso, salsa and guacamole with chips for an appetizer. My husband gets the barbecue chicken burrito, which is the size of a newborn baby btw. My go-to is the shrimp salad. It’s so good. Sometimes I switch it up and get the barbecue chicken salad or the fried oyster burrito if I’m feeling frisky. The margaritas are also good. My favorite and go-to is the coconut margarita. If you want something unleaded (non-alcoholic beverage) there is ice tea, soda machines and a super yummy punch or pink lemonade goes well with your food. It’s made in house, so it’s not Hi C or something out of the soda fountain. We love this place. We’ve never had a bad meal or negative experience here. It’s also clean and the food comes out usually pretty fast depending on how busy it is. Bit even then it still comes out in a timely manner, especially after a long travel day and you are probably tired and hungry. The inside is really small so there is only a few tables inside and some outside. It is also counter service where you order at the bar and register everything then go sit down and staff will bring you your drink from the bar if you order one and your food. This place is pretty popular and theee may be a line to order especially at dinner, especially during peak...

Let me tell you – drop everything, get in your car, and head straight here! Don’t let any bad reviews throw you off; this place is a hidden gem! My wife and I came all the way from Savannah (a 1.5-hour drive!), and it was worth every single mile. We came during happy hour, and WOW! Their house margaritas? Hands down the best we’ve ever had – fresh, perfectly balanced, and half off! And here’s the kicker: complimentary chips and salsa during happy hour! Yes, free chips and salsa – and they were so delicious we kept asking for more. Talk about a bonus!
The food itself? Pure perfection. The burrito was MASSIVE, bigger than my head, and only $14! My wife’s tacos were so incredible, we had to order another round just because we couldn’t get enough! Every ingredient tasted incredibly fresh, and you can feel the love they put into each bite!
The customer service? Top-notch! We felt like family from the moment we walked in. The food came out fast, and every bite was a reminder of how far ahead they are of anything in Savannah or Bluffton. This is now our new go-to spot, and we can’t wait to be regulars. If you come by because of this review, tell them Tom sent you – trust me, they’ll know us soon enough!
Honestly, if we could give more than 5 stars, we would! This restaurant absolutely deserves it. Fresh, flavorful, affordable – it doesn’t get...
Read moreThe food was definitely authentic and most of it was delicious. I had the carne asada tacos and was surprised by the amount of meat they each had. They were loaded with cilantro and onions and were garnished with Limes. Two of my children ordered the kids quesadillas and could have split one of them.... they were huge. The BBQ chicken salad was also huge and my wife thought it was great. Mom loved the fish tacos as well as the carnitas. Again, a single taco comes with two corn tortillas and enough meat to fill them both. So when you order one, you could easily make two with the amount of food they give you. The down side of our meal was the rice which was a bit dry and bland. This effected the chorizo burrito dad ordered as there was too much rice which made the whole thing a bit dry. He also felt some of the ingredients were a bit over cooked. Cold be a case by case basis. A bonus was the salsa bar, however there weren’t any free chips to start you off..... you have to pay for all of them, and they were not cheap. Despite the rice and burrito, I would definitely go back. It was...
