Super Baked Pizza and Wings — Restaurant in Hilton Head Island

I recently visited Hilton Head island on a vacation with my large family. After a day at the beach, we were starving and wanted something quick to eat before heading back out for an evening on the town. We looked up Super Baked Pizza and though they were a good choice based on the reviews. We ordered $50+ worth of pizza, drinks and wings. The young lady who processed our order was extremely polite but failed to input the address to our resort property (Palmetto Dunes) in correctly so the delivery man was a bit confused with where to deliver and had to call twice to verify. We weren't very familiar with the island area since we are from ATL so giving directions was a bit of an ordeal. When the pizza finally arrived, I asked the delivery man to wait while I gathered a cash tip from my family members. He became emphatic/desperate for me to just put the tip on the card. I declined his request TWICE and handed him a cash tip. After returning home from our week long vacation at the beach, I looked at my card statement and realized that this individual decided to run my card again WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION and gave himself an extra $10 in addition to what we gave him as a cash tip. I’ve never ordered from here before and I’m highly impressed. The pizza dough wasn’t the best but the toppings and wings were great! The customer service and timeliness was also amazing! I had been trying to order a pizza for about an hour before ordering from here. I tried ordering from New York pizza and as I was about to check out, I got a notification that delivery would take 120-160 minutes! I should also note that I was trying to order 2 hours before closing... I also tried to order delivery from Giuseppi's Pizza and they wouldn’t deliver to me because they closed in 45 minutes?

I had some issues trying to put the order in on Super baked Pizzas webpage and it caused the order to go through as a pick up instead of delivery but my delivery info was sent over? I’m assuming the manager was the one who answered the phone when I called because he was very professional! I think his name was mike? He ended up delivering it to me anyways and I got the pizza within 30 min! I was surprised it arrived so quickly and thought it might be over rushed but I was wrong. People were great, price was great, speed was great, but the food was just subpar. I eat pizza ALOT usually homemade or small businesses can compete with big franchises like Dominos or Papa Johns but i’m sorry but i’ll be frank this was the worst pizza i’ve ever bought. I’ll eat burnt pizza i’ll eat any kind of pizza I’ll even eat pizza without sauce if I had to this just didnt have any flavor.
