I came here on a Saturday evening with my family. I called ahead to see if they take reservations or add your name to a waitlist. The guy on the phone informed me they don’t take reservations on the same day but that he could go ahead and take mine. He asks my name and what time we’d arrive, and I inform him. We arrive a few minutes early to a fully packed place. I go to the front and tell him I called to which he has my name on a separate piece of paper than the already long waitlist. He explains I’ll have a 40 minute wait and will go to the bottom of the waitlist now that we’ve arrived. As an 8 1/2 month pregnant person with a hungry family, this was EXTREMELY disappointing. I worked nearly 10 years in the restaurant industry and understand that you never set false expectations for customers, so I explain this to him and he remains nonchalant about the issue. I ask for the manager, but essentially head to my car because I didn’t want to hold the line up behind me. I called and wait for the manager, who was able to recover the situation and allow us to come and get a table. Once we’re seated, we are squeezed into a small booth section that won’t accommodate my pregnant belly or my 6’5” husband. I ask can we be moved to a table for more space, and the hostess tells me the tables are for larger parties. Once again, the lack of professionalism in customer service shows. It was clear that the priority was larger parties (6+) over my family of four. Luckily, the server walks up and sees my family and says that we need a bigger table and suddenly, the hostess agrees to accommodate us. Gudai (Good Day, not sure how to spell it) truly recovered our experience with his genuine and welcoming spirit. If it wasn’t for his personality as a server, this would have been a 1 star experience. Once we were moved, the server attending the party next to us consistently sat her server tray on our table while taking and delivering orders to her party. It was unsanitary and even uncomfortable for the party next to us as they looked to see how we would respond, luckily, my husband stopped me from bringing to her attention. We then had another party come and take a chair from our table, which we didn’t mind at all, but the customer shouldn’t have had to ask another customer to use a chair. We sat at a 6 top table, but took up the entire space. While the food was good and decent, the wait times for the small items was a little off putting. We all ordered the all you can eat and spent more time waiting than eating items. My daughter’s orders were forgotten twice. Outside of our server, Gudai, this wasn’t a good experience. I understand the place is new and developing a system but there is a lot more training needed for the front of house staff. While I liked the sushi, my husband decided we probably won’t return due to the overall experience. Also, we were never checked on again by the manager after him informing the hosts to go ahead and seat us. I understand he was busy, but there probably should have been more than one manager on site on a...
Read more⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give 10 stars, I would! This all-you-can-eat sushi spot in Hiram, GA is a hidden gem that deserves a Michelin star—or at least a standing ovation!
From the moment I walked in, I knew I was about to enter a sushi lover’s paradise. The atmosphere? Clean, modern, and welcoming. The staff? Friendlier than your grandma on Christmas morning. And the food? Ohhh, the food. It’s like the chefs took every sushi dream I’ve ever had and rolled it up into a perfect bite-sized masterpiece.
The fish is fresh, the rolls are creative, and the options are endless. You’ve got everything from classic spicy tuna and salmon nigiri to fun, Instagram-worthy signature rolls with just the right amount of crunch, creaminess, and flair. And don’t even get me started on the appetizers—crispy gyoza, pillowy crab rangoons, sizzling teriyaki, and miso soup that tastes like a warm hug.
The best part? The portions are generous and they don’t skimp just because it’s all-you-can-eat. Every dish comes out beautifully plated and made-to-order. You’re not grabbing sad sushi off a conveyor belt—you’re being served with care like royalty in a robe.
Pro tip: Come hungry and wear stretchy pants. And maybe block off the rest of your day for a glorious sushi-induced nap.
If you’re in Hiram or anywhere within driving distance, run—don’t walk—to this place. It’s not just a meal, it’s a full-on experience for your taste buds.

Read moreMy family of 4 came to Sushi Kingdom for my daughter's 12 bday today. We arrived about 6. An hour and 20 min later we are leaving without getting our food. Apparently there was some sort of system malfunction. This wasnt communicated until after we had been waiting for about 30 minutes. Then our server tells us she will put in our food order again and have it rushed. I was told by the manager that we could just leave we didnt have a bill because they were struggling. I told him we were there for our daughter's bday and he offered a free dessert for her since we had never got our food. So we wait longer.... this is where I made the mistake waiting longer. While waiting our server omes out and avts surprised we still havent got our food (after the manager basically told us we could go becase nothing was coming out). Another 10-12 minutes of waiting for a piece of cheescake and they bring it out on a platter. At this point neither of my 2 kids have eaten. You offered this free dessert to take since we didnt get any food and its not in a to go box. I asked for them to put it in a to go container because I need to take my kids somewhere else to eat dinner. We've been here before and had a great experience. But tonight our server was clueless. It's now 7:30 and I'm looking for somewhere else to go to...
