Went today for the Szechuan Sauce promotion, I asked for 4 of the sauces because I was thrilled to try this sauce I have waited over a year for, not knowing when it would come out, I get to the window and I ask a nice young lady if she could give me 4 of the sauces, as she was about to hand them to me a rude manager stopped her and snatched the sauces out of this young ladies hands and yells "Oh no! What does this person even have, " (I ordered a 4 pcs Chicken Strip and a side of fries) She then shoves three of the sauces into the young ladies hands to where she almost drops them, I am staring at this hissy fit that this grown woman is throwing over some sauce like she has lost her mind, The young lady who is the middle man in this hands me the 3 sauces and I get ready to offer to pay for a few more and I ask if I can have the fourth sauce, before I could say anything about paying for the sauce another woman pipes us from the back and cuts me off and says that the new sauce is a promotional offer so they have to control how many they give out, ( mind you, I have no issue with that, I worked in fast food for 5 years, trust me I get it,) I let them know the only reason I am at their location is because I knew about the promotion and I was about to offer to pay for the extra sauce ONCE AGAIN but then the rude manager decided to cut me off and this woman that has snatched and slammed things in and out of her employees hands turns the young woman around and smacks the 4th sauce into her hand saying something obscene along the lines of give this sh** to her, then stomps away mumbling a few other obscenities. That is not how you treat a customer OR an employee, Who the heck do you think you are putting your hands on your employee like that? Lose your attitude and treat your employees AND your customers better. There is NO need to throw a hissy fit over some sauce! I unfortunately did not get a name this time because I was trying to get back to work but I will get it if I ever decide to come back to this place. I went through the drive-thru to pick up an order with my sister. I noticed two speaker boxes: I was at the first one, and the car behind me was at the second. When I heard someone speaking through the second speaker, I thought I had pulled up to the wrong one. My partner then said, “Hello?” The lady responded, “You don’t have to yell, but what can I get you?” We were taken aback because we weren’t yelling; we were just confused, and her response caught us off guard.

We proceeded with our pickup information and then asked if their ice cream machine was working. She replied, “No, queen,” in a facetious tone. When we reached the second window, there was a nice young lady named Megan. We asked her if the ice cream machine was working, and she said, “Yeah, it’s been working all day.” We responded, “Oh really? Because the girl at the speaker told us, ‘No, it’s not working.’” We thought it was very disrespectful, as if she was the one in charge of making the ice cream. Apparently, the status of the ice cream machine depends on whoever is working and...

I decided to go inside to order my food, because the line for the drive thru was extremely long. I ordered at the kiosk and waited for my order to be called. I am typically a very patient person. But after waiting 15 minutes, others were ordering and getting their food quickly. I order two quarter pounder meals. Nothing unusual. I finally asked about my order and they got on it THEN.. It was not busy, other than the drive thru, which only one customer at a time is beingg served. Ridiculous. No excuse. And to top it off, the food wasn't even hot! The employees moved incredibly slow. I understand that hiring a new employee is a real challenge right now. But they had a decent amount of staff. I saw only one staff member that was moving. The others didn't seem to care about getting out of their own way.

The only reason why I gave them 2 stars is because I have been to this location a few times and those were decent. Otherwise, it would have been one star or none, if that...
