Asian Express — Restaurant in Hiram

We decided to pick up some Chinese food after being on the road for 9 hours. We were too tired to cook. I found this restaurant on the way home, so we decided to order from here because of the positive reviews. Bad decision. This is some of the WORSE Chinese food my husband and I EVER had. He ordered the House Special Fried Rice, which was yellow, tasteless, and boring, with barely any shrimp in it, that was small and unappealing. He had to add soy sauce and eggs, and even that didn't help. We ordered wings that were so small with yellow skin, YUCK!!! The Spring Rolls were miniature in size with a soggy interior. And the California Rolls had dry ginger and salty Wasabi. And the rice didn't taste good. I called to complain, and instead of the owner answering the phone saying the name of the restaurant, he said "hello"! I thought I had called a resident. So unprofessional. I told him the reason I learned to make Chinese food at home is because of restaurants like this one. I told him to start cooking from the heart or don't...

Yum yum Okay, I may have said yum yum to begin with but since then we have eaten there multiple times as a family and every time it has gotten worse and worse not only that the price has gone up multiple times!!! I would understand if the quality of food gone up and I would understand the increase in price but instead the quality of food has gone down and prices going up. The rice is extremely dry, and even though I'm trade parts have changed. When you get chicken and mushroom all you get is mushrooms and brown sauce and maybe two little pieces of chicken and this is not from just going once this has happened multiple times cuz we kept giving them the benefit of the doubt with all of the food we've ordered and we are a large family so we ordered multiple things. Needless to say we won't be back. Also, just to let you know that they were shut down for a time period because their kitchen was in such disarray that they were literally shut down for being unclean...

First time impression. Walked up to the counter no greeting. Then when someone finally came to the counter "what do you need". There customer service sucks rotten eggs. I'm big on customer service and really should have left but my husband was hungry and I didn't feel like cooking and driving so I ordered anyway. The crab ragoons were good for the price and so was the food.. 2 stars because Customer service sucks and the food was okay. If your ever in Marietta look up China Doll they have the best food and there is a place on the East West Connector called green lotus that's good also. If you want meat that you know is real.
