Miniso — Local services in Hiram

I love the store and I'm happy that one of these came to Hiram. It's got a great selection and it was nicely organized. The only issue I had was when I went to the register with my one small item and I said I did not want a bag for it, the girl still scanned one and had me take it.

She told me it was free, so just save it for the next time. I never want a bag since they end up as trash, but I took it anyway since she wouldn't take it back. When I walked out, I saw on my receipt that I had been charged for the bag that I did not want.

I'm not too upset over the price as it's not going to break my bank, I just found it oddly strange that when I said I didn't want a bag, the cashier still made me take one and then lied about it being free.

I really don't understand why she would have done that. Is the only way to make a transaction to scan the bag? If so, just say that instead of lying that the...

The first thing you notice is the atmosphere. The store is bright, colorful, and filled with a playful energy. The set up will always be visually appealing, with a huge variety of products neatly organized.

Miniso is a great place and commonly shows hospitality, so I don’t get why this lady with a short blonde bob was so rude the way she was, customer service like that leaves such a bitter impression especially when trying to redeem a birthday gift??
