Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Hobbs

We had a really bad experience with the delivery driver Tyler who drives a Red Honda for the Domino’s on Bender Blvd I was looking for my wallet and yelled I’m coming he didn’t wait longer than three minutes! I understand that it’s cold and that he had to walk up to the second floor but He called my cell phone and told me I had to go down to his car and get the food myself when he came up the second time and he knew I had the manager on the phone and lied about him being the manager also lied about saying that he had mentioned he has knee problems witch it’s a lie because I had him on speaker and my wife heard the call and he never mentioned that, I told him I didn’t want the food he started causing problems making a scene by yelling and all the neighbors finding out about the situation. We Spoke to Camille the store manager and she incredibly handled the problem By telling us that she would be the one to make the food because he mentioned that he had spit on our food. Camille was amazing and polite got the problem situated asap in the best possible way with great customer service. 5 stars for Camille!!! 0 stars...

It’s funny how yesterday my husband and I waited a total hour (after the 20 minutes they told us it’d be ready) outside! My husband had to go inside and ask for our pizza after waiting 30 minutes (after the 20 minutes they told us it’d be ready for pick up)! Then they lost our order and promised in 10 minutes it’d be ready & promised us 3 free pizzas in my rewards!! Nope waited another 30 minutes ! And when the guy finally came out to hand us the pizza, he changed it to 2 free pizzas! And yup I knew it was “too good to be true,” sure enough checked my rewards and nothing! Lol that’s the least they could’ve done making us wait for an hour and 20 minutes for only 3 medium pizzas and also I counted 8 different people get their orders (arriving after us) first, they just kept...

I ordered 2 large pizzas today. The lady taking my order was on a hurry and did not speak clear English. I ordered crushed peppers to go on my pizza. I did not get any peppers at all. Bad enough not to get someone that couldn't speak clearly but when we went over order she repeated peppers and did not get them. Bad enough not to be able to understand person on phone but didn't get what I ordered . I'm noure I return my business to them again . I do not like to be rushed and sure dont like getting what I ordered . Everything else was fine. Just I would think that person taking phone orders would be able to talk to...
