Service 5 stars. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ The one star is for the fact that this is unfortunatly the 3rd time I've had a histamine reaction to something that is in the meat. I have autoimmune issues that force me to cut most things out of my diet like bread, fries, corn syrup, seed oils, preservatives, additives etc. I usually order lettuce wrap burgers which taste great. Over the past year or so however I've noticed that something has changed in the meat itself. 1 star for Wendy's. I wish Wendy's would step up and lead by example by removing the meat additives, switching to 100% actual beef, using real sugar in their drinks, and cooking in beef tallow. For obvious safety reasons I'll never return to Wendy's until something is done about this. I understand profit is important but we are the reason you are open and operating. It isn't right to serve this to the public knowing full and well what long term harm is to be expected with these toxins and carcinogens that your company cooks and makes the food with that you then sell to us. The studies on these ingredients are becoming mainstream and are no longer in the category of tin foil hat wearing theories. Read moreWhile in Hobbs NM, I visited the local Wendy's and was handed my food from a male with a big band-aid on his finger. I refused the food and drink because the man should not have been handling food because of the potential transfer of blood from the cut on his finger. I asked to speak to the manager who put the man there serving food but had no clue as to why he should not have handled food. I gave it about a week and went back thinking it would be better but this time I saw the man I complained on and the manager working again. when I received my food, it tasted like soap. I immediately called the corporate office and filed a formal complaint in which I was promised they would review the cameras and get back with me but never did. I called back and received the same lame response to no avail. I have been all over the US and to many different Wendy's and I highly recommend that you avoid the Wendy's in Hobbs NM as they do Not follow safe food practices or care about their customers health...
Read moreI've eaten here lots of times over the last few years. There is always a huge drive thru line because they are open late and only 1 of 3 restaurants in Hobbs open this late. This particular experience was not great. Customer service was mediocre at best. The order taker was helpful with my questions, but when I pulled up to the drive thru window, the girl didn't greet me, she did not smile. She looked unhappy. I apologized because I took a little longer to order than usual. She didn't answer or acknowledge my apology. I handed my card and she handed it back with the receipt. She didn't thank me or anything. Basically didn't say a word to me through the entire transaction. I would've had a better experience using a self check-out kiosk at that point, which I hate. That's terrible customer service. The food was was cold at one of the busiest times of their day. I probably won't be coming back. Would not recommend...
