Very poor order accuracy.
I ordered two cinnamon sugar bagels with maple cream cheese, received two with scallion cream cheese. The owner has told everyone in other reviews about incorrect orders that they know sometimes they make mistakes, and to just contact them and they’ll fix it. So, I did exactly that, but all they said when I called was “Sorry, we’re too busy right now, you have to contact UberEats to get a refund”.
So basically, if you get an incorrect order from this place (as has happened on now 2 out of 3 orders), be prepared to either just deal with a completely wrong order, or cough up extra money for a second delivery fee / tip so you can re-order. They won’t make things right for you, as the owner has claimed in other reviews.
UPDATE: Re-ordered to give them a second chance and they STILL got my order wrong. This time it came as two cinnamon raisin bagels, not cinnamon sugar (see photos). You would think after messing up the first time they’d make sure to get it right the second time, on such an easy order no less? Such a shame, because their food is actually very good on the rare occasion that it’s actually correct.
RESPONSE TO OWNER: An agenda, what are you talking about man? All I wanted was a correct order. Did you completely miss the whole point of a simple order being completely inaccurate twice in a row, even after I called after the first mistake? It would serve your business well to actually accept responsibility for issues and attempt to address them, rather than bury your head in the sand and get defensive on every single negative...

Ordered at 10:39, the food arrived at 12:15, and I received a call from the the 1st floor apartment saying the delivery guy was knocking on their window, keep in mind I live in the floor below them. The delivery man calls me and says “you’re not answering the door” so I responded with “yes, because you didn’t call me or ring my bell” then I proceeded to explain i received an angry phone call from upstairs about him knocking on the window. Our food was cold, I asked for hot sauce and ketchup on the side and they did not send ether, nor did they send napkins. I posted a review about my experience and instead of apologizing or taking ownership for this behavior I get a response about the driver making two other deliveries because I did not answer my phone. Judging by the reviews proper time management on their deliveries seems to be a consistent issue. My phone was on high volume ring waiting for this lengthy delivery and I did not receive one call until around 12:15 when this rude gentleman went knocking on the neighbors window. This business really needs to re-evaluate their delivery service, the manners of their staff, and their time management skills. Needless to say I will not be ordering...
Read moreOne of the few places in hoboken open 24/7 but the lady at night cant seem to get you your order in a reasonable time. In several occasions she has finish making my order and then 3 people walk in and then I have to wait a additional 10-15 min to get my order. And then when you try to ask her for your order cause it us sitting there she gets mad and yells at you.
Update: the Manger seems to care more about a bad employee then customers. I didn't do anything then update my rating. No change to my original review otherwise. But since he cares so much for Milly I'll explain what I see that gets the 1 star. The so called college students that love her stealing in front of me and when I tell her I get yelled at for not stopping them. The cutting infront of people ordering food and she then gets upset at the person who was originally ordering for being upset that they were cut infront of, but yes I'm the issue not her. Thanks for showing me what your day staff says about her and you is true. Will never come again since manager cares more about attacking long time customers then dealing with the issue. If manager responds again I will not even care as I was just quietly changing my review rating after several weeks of bad...
