Hoboken Orthodontics was such an amazing experience for me. I knew I had to get some type of work done to my teeth to correct the problems I was experiencing so I had a number of consultations done in Hoboken and New York. On walking into Hoboken Orthodontics I just knew that this was the practice for me. It is a super modern, clean office. All the staff I have ever dealt with are all so very friendly, professional and helpful.

I met with Dr Feibish and Dr Sandman on different days to assess my case and then on the final day to tell me the work that would need to be done to get my teeth perfect. Compared to other consultations I had this was a very thorough consultation and all my options were explained to me very clearly. On making the decision to get braces was a tough one especially as an adult so I really did want the best care. Hoboken Orthodontics did exactly that, they made me feel like I was their only patient.

Dr Feibish was my main doctor who was always friendly, professional, experienced and clearly highly skilled. The practice is most definitely a quality patient first service. Melanie McLachlan is the office manager who took a personal interest in my case. She was so fantastic to me and really walked me through my treatment from the beginning to end. Melanie oversees the whole office and she brings a wealth of knowledge from the West Coast, although she does not look old enough!! Melanie has revamped how the office is ran and as far as customer service: it is absolutely phenomenal. The business is run like a clock by a very competent team of people that gets stuff done and make you always feel like the number one priority. Their style is very accommodating and thoughtful both in attitude and actual actions.

Their appointment system is the best too. You do not need to speak to anyone to confirm appointments its all done via email and voicemail. I always found it very easy to get an appointment and if I was ever in pain they would see me straight away, I was never left waiting. They would also email to ensure I was ok at different stages of my treatment if it was a painful process.

To say I enjoyed going to my orthodontics appointments sounds strange but I did look forward to them mainly as I knew that at each appointment I would be further on with my treatment but also that it was always such a pleasant experience to visit the practice. And I do miss going there as I do not think I have ever seen a medical practice run so efficiently.

They completely understand how difficult it can be for adults to wear braces and are equally as understanding with children too. The products and treatments they offer are really state of the art. My braces were Damon Clear and I also used a device called Acceledent. Acceledent is a new product to the market in the US. It has been clinically proven to speed up the movement of teeth while protecting the bone at the same time. This is a very easy device to use, just 20 minutes every night. It is also proven to reduce pain which really helped ! Acceledent along with Damon Clear braces was the best treatment for me. My whole treatment took only 15 months which was fantastic and so fast as other consultations with other orthodontics had told me 3 years. I am amazed how perfect my teeth are now considering my case was a complex one.

I would like to personally thank Dr Feibish and Melanie McLachan for such an amazing experience! I would wish them luck but to be honest I really do not think they need it as Hoboken Orthodontics is clearly an amazing, top end, established practice. Do not think that if you go to New York you will get better treatment and care ... Hoboken Orthodontics...

I came to Hoboken Orthodontist back in December to look at getting Invisalign or even just braces. First let me explain that I have had crooked teeth and crowding my whole life. I have always felt self conscious smiling and never liked how I looked in pictures. I felt ugly, and hid my insecurities with humor. Just pretended like it never bothered me, but in truth it did. I scheduled two appointments with two different orthodontists. Hoboken Orthodontist was my first. After all the pictures, and scans, the doctor sat me down and went through what the entire plan would be. I work in film and big metal braces would hinder my work. I thought I was have to get the clear braces, but the Dr. told me that with the Invisalign technique they use I wouldn’t need braces at all. They could do all the work with the Invisalign. I asked about my crowding and if I needed to have teeth pulled, and instead of just saying yes to make the job easier he believed that wouldn’t be necessary at all. And he always prefers to never pull teeth unless he absolutely has to. After I was walked through the plan, which is a 50 week plan (60 weeks if I really need it or what absolute perfection) the Orthodontist assistant walked me through the payment plan. They allowed me to pick a number of months that was reasonable for both of us and kept my monthly payments low. They also aren’t charging me any interest, which is mind blowing! There were no hidden fees, or payments that would be added on later. Just a straight price and a great payment plan.

After that I went to a different, more ‘affordable’ orthodontist. The actually Doctor was in the room with me for less then 2 minutes. While standing in the doorway he told me to open my mouth, (in fairness I had sent them over the X-rays from the first office, but still) and in one breath said I would need to have a minimum of 4 teeth pulled and wear mental braces for 2, but most likely 3 years. Then assured me that their was no more affordable option.

Now the second place was in fact a few thousand dollars cheaper, but that’s if you don’t include the $500 per tooth to be extracted. But honestly, I felt like canon fodder. It was more like going to a DMV then going into a place where I would make a huge life long investment in my self. It was cold, and rushed, and the Opposite of the treatment I received at Hoboken Orthodontist.

Clearly I went with the better choice. I am 30 weeks into my treatment and my love ones are constantly brining up how much I’ve changed. Not just my teeth becoming more straight, but my jawline reshaping as well. The Invisalign don’t hurt at all. You put in a new set once a week, and though you can feel them pulling on your teeth for the first two days of the week I haven’t felt any pain at all.

The idea that I will be able to smile without being subconsciously literally makes me emotional. I have cried with excitement. And everyone at Hoboken Orthodontist have actively shared my excitement. Every time I go in everyone seems genuinely excited to see me and see my progress.

Yes they cost more than other places, but I don’t see that as more ‘expensive’ because I am getting so much for the money I’m spending. No teeth pulled, No big mental braces, No pain, and the job getting done in 1/3 the time other places told me.

I started my Invisalign journey over a year ago. I had already put in a deposit for Invisalign with a dentist in Manhattan near my office. The dentist was impossible to reach, the office was impossible to talk to and they didn’t take my insurance so I would have to pay in full, and the Invisalign journey seemed to be rushed (they wanted to do it in as little time as possible) I decided to forfeit my deposit and just stop doing Invisalign there

I then went to a bunch of dentists in the city near where I work to find another spot to do Invisalign with. All of them spent so little time explaining the process, or try to upsell me on something completely different, and I was honestly nervous about the whole thing given how expensive and timely it can be. So I wanted to make sure I was going to the right place and not repeating the same mistake twice.

I decided to make an appointment with Hoboken orthodontics after reading the reviews. I met with Dr. Anna Bonaiuto and she spent so much time explaining the whole process to me. She’s honestly so kind and so knowledgeable! She answered all my questions and I honestly was so shocked on how much time she spent with me explaining every little detail of orthodontics treatment

Dr. Anna Bonaiuto really cares and will answer any questions! After talking to her I decided to do my Invisalign here.

It was the BEST decision of my life! I honestly wish I had done it sooner. I spent my whole life smiling without showing my teeth. I was always so self conscious of my teeth, I always felt like they looked “awkward” and I just looked better with a close lip smile. I never had braces or any dental work done besides a basic cleaning. I never thought I could have a big beautiful smile.

Dr. Anna Bonaiuto transformed my smile and has made me feel so much more confident! I feel myself smiling more and more! I’m even smiling in pictures after spending most of my life thinking my smile looks better close lip!

Dr. Anna Bonaiuto did all my dental cosmetic and orthodontics work - my Invisalign, my bonding, and my gingivectomy! Even though I was really nervous about the bonding and gingivectomy, and at one point I changed my mind, I’m so glad Dr. Anna was so patient and just so skilled in what she does!!

Im on refinements now but I’m almost done with Invisalign, and I can’t thank her enough for all the time and effort she’s put into my smile! She has a vision, and she spent so much time on making sure I felt truly confident in my smile!

I’ll be done with Invisalign just in time for my wedding! I can’t wait to smile big for that day!! I’m really thankful for all the effort she has put...
