Very mixed feelings. great location staff has always been pleasant / nice drip coffee is just not good (bitter flavor… does anyone enjoy this?) espresso shots are somehow delicious…. But cappuccinos are made horribly ( baristas that Iv ordered from have not properly steamed / foamed or poured the milk at all* it’s just blobs of milk froth on top of espresso)
Last but certainly not least…. The ambiance…. I have never seen another cafe during my time on this earth yet, so far, that has plain white walls, bright white lights and old age home / hospice quality cushions….. for the love of god… please change the lighting and give this place a coat of paint in any color but pure white psych ward….at the absolute minimum / very least.
At best, find a decent contractor / interior designer to add some warm elements to this store. Wood… metal…. Iron…. Tiles….ANYTHING but white dry wall. Seriously, there’s a reason every other cafe on earth doesn’t look like this…. It’s so people will feel comfortable spending time (and money) there…. We want to spend time here!

Read moreWish I could give this zero stars. I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Mojo Coffee Shop. Beyond being understaffed and clearly unorganized and messy behind the counter, the attitudes of the staff were abysmal.
I ordered a regular cappuccino—something I’ve ordered countless times without issue at other cafes. To my surprise, the barista made a large cappuccino, using a single shot of espresso in an extra-large cup with way too much milk. When my order was called, I politely pointed out the mistake to the girl who took my order. Instead of addressing the issue, she looked at me as if I was the one at fault and said, “I thought you meant large.”
I explained that I had asked for a regular cappuccino, not a large, and questioned why it was assumed otherwise. Her response? A blank stare—no apology, no offer to fix it, just an attitude that screamed indifference.

Read moreBeing Jamaican and growing up on Blue Mountain Coffee I'm used to great tasting coffee, so finding the suitable cup is somewhat of a challenge. Mojo Coffee usually serves a good cup.....BUT, I find myself having to dig deep to muster tolerance for the attitudes of the staff on a regular basis. Every person who steps through your door is a blessing on the establishment and ought to be treated as such! No less!
Another thing I simply cannot understand is how a 'coffee house' can run short on condiments! What's next: 'Sorry, we're out of coffee.' ? Or should I just make sure to walk with my own sugar next time....Only there probably won't be a next time!
And what is the deal with the £ƱƆʞ!|| bathroom door!!? It's been over a month already! Bad form! And if the owners don't know what I'm referring to, just be careful if you go in there. You probably gonna need assistance getting out. Yeah...Over a month.
