Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hoboken

Ordered a small iced coffee, it spilled all over the floor when opening the door to my apartment which is completely my fault. Full blame on me.

I tried calling them to see if maybe they can get me a new coffee and they didn't pick up. I decided ill walk there and ask. In a super apologetic way, i said "im so sorry for asking but is it possible to get a new cup of coffee, i spilled it all over the floor. If not, its fine, i understand but just wanted to ask". The two staff members looked at eachother and condescendingly asked me "if you spilled it, whys the cup so clean". I literally was dumbfounded by the question....the cup fell on the floor and all the coffee spilled out, why would it be dirty..?

I said look its fine ill buy another one but the guy just gave me a new one but condescendingly said "i dont get how your cup was so clean, makes no sense". Dude, i've been coming here for over a year almost everyday for coffee. I get there will always be suspicion but just tell me straight up "hey we cant replace" instead of giving me a new one and yelling outloud in front of people "the cup seems too clean but whatever here you go". Was really an embarrassing ordeal over a 2 dollar cup of coffee which I would have rather paid for again if I knew thats how they would treat the situation.

I will not be coming back anymore. This is a good reason for me to start supporting local coffee shops anyways...

Don’t bother coming here or giving these rude people business. I came here earlier today and the customer service was absolutely horrific. As I was attempting to pay for my items, I pulled out my phone so I could use my Dunkin’ app. The cashier then proceeded to tell me “you need to be prepared when you come in here and be faster, we’re busy.” First of all - what employee tells a customer rudely to hurry up when they’re trying to pay (Especially when I wasn’t even being slow). That’s some real great customer service for ya. Not to mention, there was one person waiting in line behind me - so yeah - You’re real busy! The coffee is never made the same, and I even had to throw one out once because it was completely burnt and tasted horrible. I attempted to give them another try but after the rudeness I experienced today, I will not be back. Try to train your employees to be courteous and friendly to your customers, or else you’ll lose even...

I have been coming to this DD for over a year everyday. I would give a 4 star because most of the staff are very nice but there is one young Indian who is mostly at the register who is so rude! When I ask a question regarding coffee suggestions, etc she has an attitude as if she is bothered by you. I have had this feeling for a while now but today I had a terrible experience and feel the need to finally write a review. I ordered an iced latte and she gave me an iced coffee in which had a ton of sugar. I told her and she gave me attitude then said the flavor was the same. She refused to change it to a latte. I just left because I did not want to change my character. I won't go to that location anymore! Its ashame that whenever I see someone else at the register, it brings a positive and comfortable...
