This place is a hidden gem. It is very close to Newport station and takes less than an hour to reach main attractions in NYC. When we checked in, Harry was extremely helpful. He not only greeted us well and, but also came out of his desk to show us the path to go to Newport station. He also shared a guide map copy of the location. Breakfast is in downstairs in front of reception with 4 seating inside and more outside patio.There is couple of sweets options with juices, yogurt, coffees and fruits. Great Value Hotel. Located just before the Holland Tunnel and close to Newport PATH station. Free Parking is the USP, but actually it is included in the room price considering the size of rooms.This is more like a midscale stay. Rooms are small but tidy. Not many features and facilities. They do have free breakfast for all guests. But Breakfast options are limited, you get what you pay for.
