I had an iced vanilla latte, strawberry matcha, iced caramel latte, and the BBL Drizzy, which was a chicken sandwich on a light, fluffy biscuit that tasted similar to a Red Lobster biscuit but even better. The chicken was breaded and cooked beautifully. The Basic Babe, a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich, was so delicious I wanted another one.

Nicky, the owner, made the entire experience unforgettable. She treated my boyfriend and me like we had known her for years and even offered us a cinnamon bun that ended up being the best dessert I have ever had. It was freshly baked, warmed up perfectly, and topped with the most amazing icing.

What stood out even more was how much Nicky praised her kitchen staff for their incredible cooking skills. You can tell every dish is made with love and care, and she truly values her team.

The coffee shop itself is stunning. The marble tables, beautiful wallpaper, and spotless environment show how much pride Nicky puts into her business. The Biscuit Babe just opened in a quiet Hoboken neighborhood and it's a must-visit. There’s nothing else like it around here — creative biscuit sandwiches, great coffee drinks, and a dog-friendly atmosphere (they even had biscuit dog treats!) 🐶. A few small tables inside and out make it a nice spot to sit, but they sell out fast on weekends, so go early or try a weekday like I did.

OMG!!!!! Where do I start The Most Amazing Coffee Shop experience I probably ever had , as someone who is well travelled and experience like this is very important to me . The Staff was so Amazing and friendly definitely made me feel welcome The food 30/10 BEST BISCUITS I EVER HAD !! I had the honey butter chicken biscuit it was so flavorful and well prepared and not undercooked The star of the show was definitely the Cinnamon biscuits Omg don’t waste anytime Just Order That!!!
