Hochatown Trading Post & Coffee Co. — Restaurant in Hochatown

Friday night and we wanted to grab a cup of coffee so we thought this would be good. It wasn't a great experience.

The parking is horrendous! Once inside, we saw that the actual coffee portion is shoved into a tiny corner in the back. There was a line to get up there and no attendant for those who wanted a drink. My wife ran over to the restaurant side to ask if anyone was coming and she said that the person seemed annoyed at the question.

After waiting a few more minutes, and the majority of the line giving up and walking away, one attendant came up. She seemed very tired, but once she started taking our orders was very attentive, patient, and kind to us.

My wife was disappointed with her iced Chai tea latte because it wasn't very sweet (like most others places she had), I thought it was well balanced. My caramel...

Customer service this morning was absolutely horrible. Walked in to order coffees and was standing right at the counter. Batista was busy making a drink, but looked up, saw us and completely ignored us. I wasn't looking for her to immediately take our order, but a simple 'Hi, I'll be with you in a second' would have sufficed. However, instead we got a glare across the counter and silence.. completely ignored.. literally not even a hello. Customer service here is laughable! I was not about to spend my money at a place that treated customers like that so we walked out with...

Unfortunately after bundling up & driving to this shop it was closed. It is a Tuesday and I arrived at 9:45am. No sign apologizing or explaining why they were closed. This is very unprofessional & certainly not the way to handle business. I make certain I check hours posted here... My recommendation instead is Okie Girls Coffee & Ice Cream. Hope this review...
