Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Hocking Township

The last couple times I’ve gotten food from here it’s been mediocre at best but today was the last time I will support this store. We got dinner today and after receiving our food we realized we were given ultimate fries instead of an entire sandwich which can be an easy box miss up and there was no extra veggies on the other sandwich. What was not ok was that we had to wait 15 minutes before being acknowledged by staff and after the situation was explained the missing sandwich was being made but we were told the other sandwich did have extra veggies (it was definitely just the regular amount). Whatever we weren’t going to argue but the girl working the grill when told that the order she was making needed extra onions she grabbed 2 extra thin onion slices and said “here that’s extra”. It was abundantly clear that there was no manger or real leadership present. Overall just a horrible experience and for how much this food is the least you can do is give the customer their moneys worth and be kind. Food was good. Wish they would cut their green peppers smaller and Sautee the veggies a little longer, but all in all, the sandwich was really good. LEMONADE was fantastic!! However the man taking our order was rude while we were ordering , then my sisters sandwich came out wrong when she told the staff that brought out the sandwich they looked at her put the sandwich down and walked away. She double checked the receipt to verify that the order was rang in correctly, it was. So she took the sandwich up to the table and explained what was going on. Again, the man that took our order was standing beside the lady talking to my sister he rolled his eyes and was mumbling something. Customer service is sometimes the most important part of a meal, be more aware of how your treating your customers. Delicious fresh made cheesesteaks and fries. We waited in line over a half hour before our order was even taken!! Then after almost an hour wait total we leave with our bag...get a few blocks away and realize they forgot one of our two sandwiches we ordered (only ordered two large fries as well) so back to the store we go.
