My recent visit to Biggby was beyond disappointing it was infuriating. Despite my initial affinity for the cozy atmosphere and decent coffee, a string of unsettling incidents shattered any positive perceptions I had. Not only is the place consistently understaffed, with just one overwhelmed barista trying to juggle everything, but I also witnessed appalling behavior at the drive-thru. The barista there seemed more interested in flirting with customers than actually serving them. During that visit I saw the timer on their computer hit a whopping 10 minutes while she continued her inappropriate conversation. It's completely unacceptable. If she's that desperate for attention, maybe she should consider a dating show instead of holding up the drive-thru line OF A COFFEE SHOP. The lack of professionalism is staggering. And let's not forget the chaos caused by employees' unruly children, turning the place into a chaotic daycare center from hell. What seems to be their mother, is constantly yelling at them from behind the counter, if I wanted to hear that I would've gone to like a chucky cheese. The messy bathrooms are just the cherry on top of this disaster. Management needs to step up and address these issues immediately, or they'll continue hemorrhaging customers. Save yourself the headache and avoid this circus at all costs. I wouldn't return even if they offered free...
Read moreWent in this morning and saw just how much fun four of these employees were having while ROCKING drinks out!! They all seem to work in perfect harmony, and even though it was busy I got my order in a very short time. Bragel was DELICIOUS, and they made my drink to perfection 😁😁 Will DEFINITELY return if this is the atmosphere they uphold!!!!! So fun!!!!! Update: I came in yesterday, and it was super busy with only two people working. I noticed a lot of upset customers, but we need to understand that they are just two people running an entire store!!! If you order something like numerous bagels/drinks, then expect it to take a bit before they are done. There was a line of cars, and a number of people inside, but not once did they ever give up. Biggby baristas, you guys are AMAZING!!! Don’t ever let others try to ruin your day because of their ineptitude to understand that a $20+ order WILL TAKE TIME TO MAKE!! Not sure if they are understaffed, or if someone called in, but you guys rock. Will forever love this Biggby, and will forever be more than happy waiting knowing that they are at least trying to promote love and the sharing of great coffee to our community....
Read moreIt hurts to leave a negative review for a Biggby but it was time. This location has always been a little slow with service but everything was always so delicious and well made we just ignored it. Today though, was my last straw. It took a few minutes to order, fair. But then at the window 5,10, 15 minutes and as I took out my phone to see if I had enough time to just go to a different Biggby the window opens. The woman tells me how much and offers NO apology for my wait. I’ll admit I was pretty cold handing my items for scan and pay. Then after another few minutes on top of that waiting for my items. I told her have a good day and she doesn’t say anything and shuts the window. I understand we all have a bad day but wow. Soo with that, I’ll go to a different one even if it’s a couple miles away because there I know I’ll be respected and I’ll show the same. Oh, I’m not the only one to complain about the wait for this location. If management sees this, please fix for anyone else that decides to use this...
